She did do her best to recover them, but she had to make them skinny, also causing irritation to my eyes after this, the other woman never brought my change back, so the woman who my eyebrows, had to take it out of the drawer and the woman who took my money, was standing at the front laughing in my face this was one of the worst experiences I It took a lot for me not to allow this woman to make me act out of character. I don't know the mans name but he took the time to make sure all my nails were the length I wanted and even on both hands, the shape of the nail is PERFECT, I got an ombré and I couldn't have been happier with how it came out. During the appointment I realized that I didn't like how my nails were coming out but at last point she was almost done when I realized. Once I left I called to speak with the man who originally does my nails. I even affiod to even repay the same price, for the inconvenience of not speaking up. While I was talking to the gentleman, the owner of store was screaming and hollering at me. (As a store owner is that very professional to speak to clients in front of other clients that never NO NEVER ) I even asked why was she screaming at me and if I was another race they wouldn't have acted the way she acted. And they even agreed. I go back to store and kindly ask if the gentleman can redo my nails because I am graduating from college on Friday 5/15. Her pride was so hurt that she banned from the store because I didn't like her work. She at least gave me a refund. I would not come to this store!!! All they care about is money and not about the care of the clients or their product! If you are a store owner you should care about the quality of service to your clients and not worried about your ego being hurt. I added an inspiration picture and the product. It was a fill and the original set was done there too by tin the only person who actually keep up to date with the latest style . You can see gap between the fill . The French looks horrible and the bling French is quite disgusting .... This is the quality of work the store owners provides YIKES .... Linda greeted me when I walked in. She is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is going through renovations so currently there's only one pedicure station. Linda took her time doing my nails. She seems to take pride in giving quality service. She told me if a nail broke off or anything I can come back and she'll fix it for free. They are a family business who stand by their work. She also showed me other nail designs she has done before. I was impressed by her work, she is talented. I will definitely go back.
