It has a pink color scheme, pretty chandeliers, and a nice waiting area. There are an array of colors to choose from and usually a lot of nail techs working. I tend to call in and request the same guy but even when he's not available, my experiences are usually positive. They're clean, efficient, and professional. I also think their prices are reasonable. I get ANC dip powder with added extensions for $45 (pre tip). If you add on a shape it's an additional $5 and an additional $20 for chrome. With chrome, I would suggest asking for additional coats and attention with the gel polish that seals it, as chrome tends to chip around the edges (at $20, it's worth trying to avoid that). Also highly recommend booking an appointment ahead of time. The wait to be seen (even with an appointment) can be length. I've waited 30 minutes some days. So book ahead, be on time, and communicate with your nail tech! I don't usually get any elaborate design, just one solid color and sometimes chrome. My dip nails generally last me 3 weeks minimum. I prefer going back in for removal to keep my nails healthy.

I started my exit, and another tech came running after me remarking that I gave the cashier $60 and took $10 change insinuating that I neglected to tip my tech (?). I assured her I already tipped, and she then proceeded to inform yet someone else who wrote something in a notebook...she then smiled and said ok. What if I chose not to tip? Would they have locked me in?!?!? I was embarrassed and unnerved. I will go again because it "appears" to be the cleanest & most sanitary salon I have tried so far. She reviewed the place, expressed her feelings, and someone at this business had the audacity to reply to her review saying "we don't know why you're doing this." Take some accountability and acknowledge that you had an unhappy guest instead of blaming them. Customer service is the most important part of a successful business. Might be playing with fire here since they have a record of being nasty to their customers who review them poorly. In addition to the above mentioned: The quality of work here was not up to our standard either. Two gel manis that chipped, and the tech wouldn't put on an additional top coat since he claimed it was "special and can only be put on once." So why did it chip if it's so special? Both came with a nice shoulder massage. The basic mani came with a hand massage too but I think they didn't have time during the gel mani. Mind you I haven't had gel done since pre covid and I have thin nails but she still gave me 2 tips using ANC instead of gel. I thought this was weird since my old place used to build it up and didn't so powder ANC for tips. Also, my old place used to be great at cleaning up cuticles on the sides but none of the new places bother, this one as well. My biggest complaint is; my old manis I used to push to 6 weeks. This one chipped after 1 week exactly. I was very disappointed.
