It was a pleasant experience and the older gentleman has very strong hands. Almost too strong. But if you ask him to go a little lighter he will. When we got into the massage room he said I am going to give you two hours. I said what? He said I am going to give you two hours. I said, oh!! OKAY! While thinking about it I thought I am the only customer here maybe he would rather work than sit around, or maybe its because it is my bday. Or Maybe it is because I am a first time customer. NOPE to all. At checkout he said I owed $130.00 Well I didnt have that much cash on me so he goes credit card? And I am like wait $130.00 plus tip and he said yes. So I said No, I reserved a 90 min. massage for $85.00. He said he gave me two hours. So we went back and forth for a bit when the lady owner came out and pointing at the price board on the wall and trying to say in part english and part other language that yes it would be $120.00 and that is the correct price. She was pointing to a separate foot massage. I was like oh no you dont. I never asked for the two hours, i did not reserve two hours, I never changed my reservation to two hour massage. This is not ethical or good business. I am paying what I reserved for. $85.00 plus a $15.00 tip. Another man came in asking for a massage so the owner lady had to get him out of there as fast as possible so he would not hear what was going on. So, I was firm with the older man and said that I will pay what I ordered and reserved and handed him the cash with tip. He had a very mad look on his face. I then walked out the door.

So I decided to try a new nail place by my house. While waiting a woman had finished getting a…read morepedicure and complained that they didn't paint all of her toenails that they missed spots. This was my first red flag. After waiting twenty minutes having the gel "soaked off" I finally asked if someone was going to do my nails. A guy came over spoke little to no English and started to use the machine. I only get gel polish or shellac and they normally don't use the tool unless getting acrylic or gel. I stopped him and told him I wasn't getting gel nails only shellac polish. A woman came over and kept saying it's real soft ok fine. So I ask him to trim my nail and he trims them all slanted to the right so after I pointed a few out and he asked if it was ok I said no they were all crooked. He stood up and walked away without saying anything and the woman said she would finish them. She had to file all of my nails off to even them out. The polish is splotchy in places. While waiting for my crap show of a shellac polish to dry another woman said to her friend some nails are better than no nails because hers were messed up as well and then her friend asked what was wrong with their drying table as it wasn't drying right. Also the sanitation is pretty bad. I got there at 5:40 pm when the woman that has missing polish was finishing a pedicure and watched them put her utensils inside of a box and inside of the sanitation box. Someone else came in at 5:45 for a pedicure and she took out the box she put in 5 minutes prior. Avoid at all cost. Yes the price is tempting but 3 out of the 4 people there in the hour it took me to get just a shellac polish change complained.
