First, I thought to myself I wouldn't be able to be in a tank. Fortunately, it was an open space. The smell of Epson salt is strong, but I got use to it and it wasn't overpowering. With the ear plugs in, I could hear the traffic faintly. But the rest of my body was jello in the best possible way. It's an hour long of float and the time passes by so fast. I love the option they have for light (low blue light) in case complete darkness is a problem. I used it once to ground myself. Lastly, the water fountain shower after with tee tree and eucalyptus wash shampoo/conditioners and lotions provided at the end wrap up the whole experience. The staff helped me figure out what services would be best for me. There are loads to choose from. I settled on a float and using BrainTap. (I love to meditate so I thought this one would be fun to try.) Both services were just what I needed! The float helped relieve the tension in my shoulders (from stress and working at a desk all day) and gave me the sort of deep quiet you only get from being truly unplugged. BrainTap felt like I dialed my normal meditation up a notch. I love that it engages both hemispheres of the brain. So cool! I definitely feel more relaxed and plan to go back again. I'm in a season of my life where I need to commit more to myself but I find that hard to do regularly. Imagine Float made it really easy to prioritize myself and I know I need more of that in my life. I've already booked me next float. :) The facilities are clean, quiet, and relaxing. I never felt like I was being rushed to the services or to get out after. The staff offered me a tea menu after and let me sit in the quiet room to hang out for a bit. These massages were already paid for. Why is the credit card even needed? I have asked and been denied any refund.

I have had several distance Reiki sessions and have been blown away by the positive calming and stress reducing effects that have come about as a result of her sessions. I have also had the opportunity to participate in a Reiki level 1 class led by Nicole. She is very knowledgeable on the subject and was able to talk about Reiki in a way that made sense in my everyday life. The handouts were a nice touch as was her ability to make this ancient art accessible to individuals who are just getting started in the field of hands on energy healing.
