I came in as a new guest and had an incredible massage with Mike--he was absolutely excellent…read more Super down-to-earth, kind, and gave the perfect amount of pressure. The only thing I didn't love? I wish it was longer. That's not on him though--it's the setup. Anyhow, let's talk about the "60-minute massage" claim. In reality, you're only getting 50 minutes of actual massage. Five minutes are for undressing and relaxing, and they stop five minutes early so you can get dressed. I get that you need buffer time, but don't advertise 60 minutes if the hands-on time is 50. Either change the description to reflect that clearly, or adjust the scheduling so sessions are a full 60 minutes with prep and cleanup time built in. Now, the pricing. When I arrived, the front desk said the massage would be $109 for new guests. Afterward, I was charged $129. I didn't realize the mismatch until I got home and saw a $20 credit pending. That made the experience feel disorganized, and honestly, a little shady. At minimum, the front desk needs better training on consistency and communication. Also, the pricing chart is confusing. For example, a 2-hour massage is listed as $249 no matter who you are--member, non-member, or new guest. That defeats the whole point of being a member. There's no incentive to join if I'm not actually saving money. Here's how you could restructure the pricing to make it clearer and actually compelling: 1 Hour Massage - Member: $89 - Non-Member: $129 - New Guest: $109 90 Minute Massage - Member: $129 - Non-Member: $189 - New Guest: $159 2 Hour Massage - Member: $209 - Non-Member: $249 - New Guest: $229 This version shows a clear discount for members and a slight welcome deal for new guests. And importantly, it makes the 2-hour massage feel like a value add if I become a member. If I saw that I could save $40 just by joining, I'd seriously consider signing up and booking longer sessions more often. That's a win for me and your business. To be clear, the massage itself was excellent and I absolutely plan to come back--for the massage. But the front desk operations and pricing strategy need work. If the experience from check-in to checkout matched the quality of the bodywork, this would've easily been five stars.

I Just wanted a nice massage but the therapist didn't even touch my legs or arms. She barely massaged me! She kept working on specific muscles in my back and neck because i said it was tight but i wanted a full body massage. Not only that but apparently you don't start till 10 minutes in so you only get 50 minutes but i paid for an hour. The price was ludicrous 130$ for 50 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. TLDR: Insane prices, Barely a massage, Begs for you to spend more money the second you walk in. Do not Recommend

Beautiful, locally owned day spa offers detailed personal attention from everything from your head…read moreto your toes! Their excellent and friendly stylist, Jillian, has worked with my hair over the past year to transform it into an edgy short cut without any hesitation or need for a redo appointment, and she is THE ONE to go to for well blended highlights or rich color! If you're looking to visit more for massage needs, their wonderful & humorous therapist, Tracy, will not fail to deliver deep pressure for sore muscles and she will actively listen to any pain concerns to address your problems-but all of the massage therapists are superb and have years of experience so you can't go wrong. For my waxing and esthetic needs, Erica is my jewel. She keeps me busy with conversation while meticulously de-furring any unwanted fuzz, and has an eye for constructing great eyebrows as well as executing stunning make up applications. And lastly, their bubbly and spunky nail technician, Ashley, will have you laughing and engaged as she does fantastic work on your tips and toes (ask her about the new ANC dip or shellac!). She also shares my love for dogs and gives a wonderful reflexology massage. Friendly, personalized environment. Couldn't ask for more.
