I have very fair skin and very thick coarse hair so this process is hard for me on the pain scale. She gave me a stress ball and when she could see I was reaching my limit she would move to an easier section to give me a break. No bleeding! No bruising! Linda greeted me when I walked in. She is very friendly and welcoming. The salon is going through renovations so currently there's only one pedicure station. Linda took her time doing my nails. She seems to take pride in giving quality service. She told me if a nail broke off or anything I can come back and she'll fix it for free. They are a family business who stand by their work. But I am moderating it based on what I experienced in the past, while keeping an open mind for raising it in the future. Rosibel was my stylist for my haircut. She did a great job all around. My shampoo was relaxing, I could see her focused on getting my hair right while she did the actual cutting, and her blow dry styling was wonderful. Even my husband noticed, and he doesn't really pick up on that stuff. I was so happy with how my hair looked, it felt like a shame that I was just going home, haha. I didn't have any of the scabbing that most people described after their sessions, and the redness went away within 30 minutes! I looked completely normal and was able to go out with my friends without makeup on the same day. Did I also mention that I didn't need any numbing cream? With my previous electrologist, numbing cream was an absolute must for me because I'd tear up from the pain. I definitely did not need it here. Also, her office was extremely clean and well maintained -- I was the only person there and I felt comfortable especially during COVID.

Instead my undercut had tuffs of hair left in spots, my hair was cut into the shape of a helmet (front and back dramatically shorter than sides), none of the layers were blended and the right side is almost 2 inches longer than the left.
