Customers are going in to relax look and feel better when they come out not to be missing a chunk of hair and feeling terrible. I dont know if she was having a off day or is not properly trained on how to do that serice but there is just no excuse as far as im concerned. The massage chair was comfortable and the pedi started out with a quiet, relaxing footbath for at least 15 minutes before it was started. That was lovely! Jess, the nail tech, was sweet, charming and very good at her job. The salon itself is welcoming, everyone was very friendly. The decor was calming and relaxing. The location on Central is a little tough, but it's worth the trip. The massage and haircut prices are competitive and I will definitely be back for those services as well since I've been looking for a new salon.

I made an appointment with Vanessa and she was wonderful. She made me feel really comfortable, and it took her almost an hour to remove all the glue from my bad lash job, but she was able to safety remove my lashes with very little damage. I had her put on a quick set of flares and they lasted almost 2 weeks and they are beautiful! She is an awesome eyelash tech, I highly recommend this place, the staff is friendly and professional.
