I asked for a black French with two blinged out French nails. When I arrived at the shop I got placed with the STORE OWNER. Thinking nothing of it i assumed they had the same level of work. During the appointment I realized that I didn't like how my nails were coming out but at last point she was almost done when I realized. Once I left I called to speak with the man who originally does my nails. I even affiod to even repay the same price, for the inconvenience of not speaking up. While I was talking to the gentleman, the owner of store was screaming and hollering at me. (As a store owner is that very professional to speak to clients in front of other clients that never NO NEVER ) I even asked why was she screaming at me and if I was another race they wouldn't have acted the way she acted. And they even agreed. I go back to store and kindly ask if the gentleman can redo my nails because I am graduating from college on Friday 5/15. Her pride was so hurt that she banned from the store because I didn't like her work. She at least gave me a refund. I would not come to this store!!! All they care about is money and not about the care of the clients or their product! If you are a store owner you should care about the quality of service to your clients and not worried about your ego being hurt. I added an inspiration picture and the product. It was a fill and the original set was done there too by tin the only person who actually keep up to date with the latest style . You can see gap between the fill . The French looks horrible and the bling French is quite disgusting .... This is the quality of work the store owners provides YIKES .... But I am moderating it based on what I experienced in the past, while keeping an open mind for raising it in the future. Rosibel was my stylist for my haircut. She did a great job all around. My shampoo was relaxing, I could see her focused on getting my hair right while she did the actual cutting, and her blow dry styling was wonderful. Even my husband noticed, and he doesn't really pick up on that stuff. I was so happy with how my hair looked, it felt like a shame that I was just going home, haha. I wanted to show it off, and that is not my typical post-haircut mood.
