While completing the papers Judy came out and introduced herself and offered me water/coffee as I continued my papers. Judy brought me to an office and explained the procedure I was having. I wanted to wait to mention the laser skin resurfacing procedure that I had done until I found what the results were going to be. The Latham location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The office was clean, spacious, and welcoming. I was greeted right away, completed new patient paperwork, and was taken back within a few minutes. After discussing my concerns with the technician, Dr. Menon came in shortly after. She was warm, upbeat, and thorough. She carefully examined the areas I mentioned and determined they were not cancerous, which was a huge relief. I was told that once they had received the blood test results they would call me to set up an appointment. I got the test at Lab Corp. They said they would send their report to Magnolia. Over a week passed so I called to find out where we stood. Then the fun began. You can't talk to a person, you leave a message and they'll call you back. But no one calls. I wait a week and try another call. This time I was told I was #2 in line and I would have 3 minute wait. Their robot then changed that wait time to 2 min. then 1 min. then 6 and 7 min, respectfully, Dr.Tracy may well be a fine doctor, but how do you get in touch with her.
