Hmm....I don't know where to start. A bit nervous and excited when walking in. I had an appointment with Judy. I was Greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner as I was handed a clipboard to complete some paperwork. While completing the papers Judy came out and introduced herself and offered me water/coffee as I continued my papers. Judy brought me to an office and explained the procedure I was having. She wanted to make sure I was fully aware of the procedure and the after care of my skin. What a professional!!! I wanted to wait to mention the laser skin resurfacing procedure that I had done until I found what the results were going to be. Well here are my findings, The procedure was not painful whatsoever and I was informed of every thing that was going to be done Judy took the time to take care of my eyes to ensure that they were safe. This procedure was pain-free and the downtime was about I would say seven days. I followed the skin care routine the Judy advises and I could not be happier. My skin feels softer, looks so my healthier, and the change of skin all together is satisfying and my husband even commented on how nice my skin looks. Thank you Judy, your a gem. My first encounter with Advanced Laser Medspa felt like I was discussing a purchase of a timeshare. There was no set price; they asked me what I could afford, and there was a lot of pressure. I went ahead with the laser hair removal. I had 3 or 4 different technicians over my probably 8 sessions. I was burned on one occasion, and I had a skin reaction every time. Out of my first three appointments for laser hair removal, two of them were canceled less than 3 days before the appointment. To simply schedule an appointment my call was transferred to the manager, Sandy. She was gruff, incredulous of my scheduling limitations, and offered me appointments she then said were unavailable. Dr Salzman is a true professional. My nerves are always put at ease because he takes the time to explain where he is going to inject botox before proceeding. He lets you ask questions and makes you feel comfortable, never feeling rushed. I found the pricing to be comparable to other places in our are, if not lower then most for the quality injecting he does. When you are having a toxin injected into your forehead for wrinkles/frown lines what's most important, to me, is to have confidence in the person doing the injecting. I was beyond disappointed with my services. It really is ALL about the money here. I was told I needed the type of wrinkle cream "you can only buy at a doctors office." I found out later after seeing NO results that they sell the same cream at Walmart! ..For more than half the price! What a joke. read more

Just finished a round of what I considered rather expensive treatments for Rosacea. I was hesitant at first because I had tried so many things and experienced very little if any improvement. But now, for the first time in years, I am comfortable in my own skin!! It was worth every penny. I started in February, twice a week, and from the very first week I noticed improvement. My face didn't itch anymore. The redness and bumps diminished week by week. I actually made my husband touch my cheeks to show him how smooth and soft they feel now. The facial care products they carry are amazing. I couldn't be happier. Charlene explained every detail, of not just the recommended treatment, but she gave me a better understanding of what Rosacea actually is. No one ever took the time to do that for me before. I have been coming to this facility for about a year, and seriously have no complaints. The staff is extremely helpful and eager to help with anything needed or want clarified. I got my consultation with the Doc & Sandy, both were honest and very helpful in helping,me understand my skin situation. The price was little high for me, but Sandy worked with me to get credit care plan so I pan out the payments, which helped a lot. The quality of the products and services have and are working wonderful for me. I recently did my first Chemical Peel and Judy is my ultimate fav. She has been staying connected with me via text in case of any issues or questions I might have with the service. The products they use are being sold at really good prices here and I have tried researching online and haven't found these deals else where. Going to Advanced Lasar Medspa 4 times has been nothing but an awesome experience each and every time. I would not let anyone but Dr. Mike come near my face for improvements/ enhancments. The practice manager and staff are always pleasant and helpful. I find the pricing to be very fair particulary considering the skills of Dr M.ike - he is a master. I was a little nervous to start this process after reading reviews of laser spas, but quickly realized I had nothing to be afraid of! Many write that the procedures are painful and hard to tolerate. I did not find this to be the case at all. Sure it depends on the area of the body you are getting worked on, but I have never felt uncomfortable in the spa before. The staff here is very friendly and work to make you feel as comfortable as possible. As for the results, I would say I have seen dramatic changes. Although it is has taken a little while to see the results, they are permanent making it all worth it! I can not say enough great things about this spa. Went in for a routine teeth whitening. Was treated lukewarmly by the receptionist (no smile, hello, nothing). Once I got the treatment going, all was fine. Although I did not find my teeth were whitened to the extent that they claimed (shade 5 to shade 2), I wasn't going to argue over $159. I realized I had unfortunately forgotten my wallet at home once I was ready to pay (I figured they already had my credit card info over the phone when I made the appt). The office manager was called in, who promptly starting reprimanding me, telling me they don't do billing, I had better be honest, she had never had an issue like this in 10 years, they were supposed to charge me before the procedure (why they did not, I'm not sure), my credit card info was wrong, etc. Shocked. I just conceded and told her she was right; there was nothing she could do but trust that I would pay. Which I did. Still can't believe her public shaming of a client over $159. Not going back! Wonder if it had anything to do with me being a minority (since I see other positive reviews)? read more

DO NOT GO HERE! I never write reviews on places, ever! But I'd hate to see someone go here and regret it. All they care about is your money! Please, see a dermatologist if dealing with skin issues. They are there to treat you, and insurance will cover almost everything. Advanced Laser Med Spa is trying to sell you, convincing you that your condition is worse than it actually is, and that you need all of these expensive treatments and creams. The doctor lied right to my face! He scammed me into buying products that I don't even need and almost convinced me to spend thousands of dollars on treatments that aren't necessary. I have NEVER left a place with such anger. I was looking for some genuine guidance and advice on my minor acne and hyper-pigmentation and all I received was a marketing scheme from the doctor and the spa manager. The only positive thing I can say is I purchased a cheap facial cleanser and moisturizer that is sold exclusively through physicians, which so far I love. This might be the only reason I ever walk through those doors again. I am looking for other places near by that sell the brand so I don't ever have to deal with these people again. It's all about the money, TRUST ME. Hair removal, botox and procedures like that may be beneficial but if you are going there to treat acne, discoloration, acne scars, anything like that, DONT DO IT! Go to a dermatologist who doesn't profit off the treatments you get. They are there to genuinely diagnose and treat you at a much more affordable price. The doctor wouldn't directly answer some of the questions I asked. He would go off on a tangent about other patients when the entire purpose of me going there was to talk about me and my personal conditions. Not the 70 year old man who came in with a ton of skin damage from the sun. WTF do I care? Any doctor who can't clearly answer your questions is certainly not someone you want to be seeing.
