Although the prices are more expensive than if you were to buy online. This is my go to, to buy something if I'm feeling a last minute dye. Of course, these people are not real professionals. They get paid minimum wage, same as gas stations. So to put your trust in a worker who knows nothing about hair care to get hired is insane which I've seen in some reviews. Do your own research always always always. I use iroiro hair dye stays amazing. Manic panic bleach. Damaging but gets it done been using for 15 years. 4 stars just because I know where to get the products cheaper. read more

Wow worst customer service ever I had in a long time ! I went in to do a quick exchange or refund they ladies working the registers were too busy chitchatting with each other and with another employee who seem to be off already, they were all talking trash about their boss and other customers. So I proceed to try to do my exchange or refund and my total comes out to $74 and some change I was told that neither of the ladies had that amount because their boss had already did the bank deposit for the day. I asked what time should I come back the following day and the lady I believe her name is Christine says with the big attitude in the morning I proceed to ask around about what time and she says again in the morning Well that doesn't really help me very much I need to know a time frame, as I live far from their store. I could tell she was very upset because I interrupted her trash talking session with her friend it was very unprofessional and I felt like I was a burden. This is not the only time I have seen this particular employee I believe her name is Christine this is my third time and each time has not been a memorable encounter. If you're going to have a customer service job you should at least treat people with respect and not give big attitude when somebody asked a simple question If you have a Sally's beauty supply close to you and you don't have to come to the Dobson Rio Salado location I would highly recommend finding another location !! you'll have a much better experience I love this shopping center but because of these rude ladies I will NOT be back ! read more

I was there earlier today and I feel so bad because I asked the tech what her name was that was helping me and now I forgot. At any rate. I have complicated issues with my hair holding color. Not only did she find me what I was asking for, she also referred me to a product called Gray Magic/Magic Gray. Then reminded me that I'd need squeeze bottles. Not only is my hair color exactly how I wanted it, my hair feels super soft and not as dry as it used to be. Both the ladies in the store were amazing and they don't get enough credit. I went in for new extensions and the staff was absolutely amazing. I've been purchasing extensions since 2007. Never in my life have I had a staff member at ANY Sally's (in Nebraska, Iowa, or South Dakota) be as helpful as she was. I really wish she was wearing a name tag to thank her on here but she really went above and beyond. Her name was not on the receipt either as I checked when I left. She was holding a mirror for me and pulling out box after box to make sure that my extensions would match perfectly. She was great at upselling as I bought a blow dryer and she suggested for $3 more I could get a straightener too (which I got. I didn't need it). This is my go-to Sallys! read more

I have been to a lot of Sally's and this is probably the easiest one to get in and out of. The people are always nice and helpful. Sometimes at other locations it feels like they are bored just watching you, asking you if you need help every 3 minutes. The only downside is that this one is smaller and sometimes has less options/stock. read more

Out of all the locations, this one seems to be the most friendly location. The girl that was working that day was there alone and the place was packed! She was still very friendly while working very quickly. I only use Hair One for my shampoo/conditioner and will only be making my purchases here. read more

All the gals here are great, if anyone had a problem they could contact someone and receive resolution. Service was great, girls say hi right away and ask if you need help. If i could rate them no star i would. I went in to get help with hair coloring. Monica was at the register fliting with a customer. No greeting. Another customer walked in and she did get that person. I was waiting by the register, nothing. Two more customers walked in. She then asked if she could help them. I used to shop here all the time. After the experience I had I will NEVER go back! I am disabled and use a Service Dog. The people behind the counter started talking very loudly amongst themselves about how my dog was to behave and wondering if I was deaf or blind. They were very rude about it and the entire store could here them! My dog was acting very politely, just sitting and waiting near my leg as usual. If it would of been a wheelchair I doubt we would of been talked about in such a horrible way! People really need to think before they talk especially so loudly that everyone in the store can hear them! read more
