I was unhappy with how my bangs turned out the last time someone gave me a bang trim. Katie listened to my concerns and took her time to make my bangs exactly how I wanted them. She is such a sweet and kind person. Very professional. I also have had my bangs trimmed by Kimberly at this location. She always makes sure they turn out perfect. What is the point of having consultants if they only stand at the front door talking to each other and do not help. They walk around pretending to do something and NEVER speak to you. I guess unless you look a certain way that fits their "mold" of what they think beauty is otherwise you are completely ignored. They have the rudest employees at this location. Wanted to get a gift card from Ulta. Tried to order it online but was told we must buy it in person! Why when you can buy everything else online. So I called, we were going to get there just as they closed, right at 6 pm. I asked if we could pay for it over the phone and they could put it outside. No. I asked could we just come in quickly and buy it. No, they lock up EARLY - before closing even - the Manager told me! She said to go to Target. Well Target didn't have Ulta giftcards and this store lost out on $$$ and future customers. Talk about poor customer service. read more

Honestly Ulta always hires the most incredible people. They truly are just rude and not helpful. Beware if you order after 5 pm your same day PICK UP order won't be ready. They are also inconsistent on with when you need your ID present or not for the pick up order. They give you no notice of items out of stock and truly the pick up feature here was the most inconvenient thing to encounter along with the fact you have rude women all throughout the staff line. Do better Ulta. read more

Don't recommend to go here for hair tinsel the lady that was doing my hair didn't even know what she was doing she spent 15 minutes trying to get one tinsel in my hair and on the Ulta website it says 15 minutes for 15$ but she took like 15-20 mins trying to put one tinsel in my hair on top of that she did not put the tinsel in my hair right she was only gonna put three strands of hair tinsel on the 2 sides of my head I had to tell her to put them in the back and she still had the audacity to say "it's going to be another 15$" but she took so long just to put the first ones on they said she was certified but that didn't not seem certified at all to me. I'm so sad I had a horrible experience at the salon a couple of days ago as all of my family have been to the salon and have been happy with their hair stylists.... there two parts to this review. 1. When I first arrived for my 2pm signature haircut, I am approached by a lady and she literally looked me up and down and asked what I needed, which made me really uncomfortable. I told her my appointment time and she grabbed the hair dresser who was supposed to do my cut. There was a scheduling error with the computer and he was already with a client so I rescheduled for 6:15pm, no problem. 2. I show up at 6:15pm and what do you know, the lady who looked me up and down was going to do my hair. I haven't had my hair cut in almost 2 years, it was very long and I asked her to try and keep the length, plus I had inspo pics from google to show her. She barely glanced at the photos I was showing her and kept asking me how I wanted it cut, how short, and I would try to direct her but she was really abrupt and just started chopping. Also, I never got a deep condition or styling which I'm pretty sure is included in the $75 haircut. Anyway, I got some layers and and blowout, my family likes it but it's not anything that I wanted. Time to grow out my hair again... Oh yeah and if you still wear a mask, both her (I believe her name was Lorraine) and the man who helped me the first encounter (Spiro) will be making remarks about how stupid people are that wear them and how it's all a hoax. I currently have two people in my household with covid so I'm actually wearing the mask for both of our sake. I really hope something is said to them as the whole experience made me want to run out of there as fast as possible. They have really remodeled this store! It's been a couple of years since I've been in. It's nice in that I think they've improved and increased their selection , but the aisles are narrow and I think it's too much for the space. I get overwhelmed very easily in stores like this and tend to leave. Only 4 stars because I went in to get my birthday freebie and they haven't received them yet. Oops! Shouldn't send out the email if you are having logistical problems. Otherwise, I think you can find what you need here. read more

Never coming to this location, if I could rate it 0 stars I would. They need to train their workers on not to profile POC assuming that they steal. I've worked retail before and this is absurd. My fiancee and I were looking at the fragrances and the worker kept following us around the whole section, never asked once did we need help finding anything. I'm talking about we moved from one section of the fragrance and she moved to the same section we were in. Again, not asking if we needed help. Talked to the manager about it and she gaslighted me saying the fragrance doesn't move out of this area. When did I mention anything about moving the fragrance out of that area? Switching to Sephora permanently, Ulta lost a member. This is ridiculous. read more

I didn't catch anyone's name, but I came in just before closing (I HATE being that person) to get some sunless tanning products & a couple fragrances before vacation. I was assisted I believe by the manager who had flawless skin and was so knowledgeable about the products. Beauty may be only skin deep, but thank goodness for Ulta for making us shine a little brighter! This Ulta is on the smaller side, but they had the Bare Mineral brushes I came in for! And of course, those end caps as you're checking out tempt you with minis and travel sized items! I admit it, I loaded up on Kylie purse-sized lipsticks, hair products, and creams! I have the Ulta reward card so you get points for your purchases. The beauty rep was helpful and pleasant and I went at a great time because I breezed through the line! I left with my bag of goodies feeling perky and pretty! Thanks for helping us look better on the outside, which only adds to the beauty within!! read more

Horrible place to get your hair done. The stylist I had was Rachel. I don't recommend her at all. She messed up my hair horribly. I went in for a full highlights and root touch up. Which should have only taken like 4 hours. I was there for 6 hours. Because she was trying to fix her mess up. She screwed it up so bad that I had to go back to see if it could be fixed. She promised she would be able to fix it. So I gave her another chance. Boy was that a mistake. She even admitted she messed up both time. I left with highlights that look like a child did it. I was going to wait a month and try a different stylist named Stephanie. They just send me a text saying my appointment was canceled. Which is messed up. I Because I didn't cancel it. So I'm assuming Stephanie canceled it. I did get a partial refund for Rachel messing up my hair. I should have gotten a full refund as I am having to pay a different hair stylist at a professional salon to fix her horrible mess up. When I went in to get my refund the manager knew I was there and made me wait over 10 minutes for her to come and see me about my refund. The store was empty and she was coming at the time. First of all, what is with Ulta harassing you to give them your phone number?!?!?! And how rude they get when you don't want to give it to them?? Second they have the worst return policy ever, and this is where they get you. " oh this is why you need a phone number" my kid bought a face cream that she never used and wanted to exchange it, she is 12 and didn't know what she was buying when her dad took her. She threw away the receipt and the only way they would take it back is if we are willing to accept the in-store credit equal to the lowest selling price at which the product was sold by Ulta Beauty during the 90-day period, which was like $2. Not the place to get your brows done at benefit. Had an appointment today and she was behind schedule. I have never experienced this at any other store before. Never was I acknowledged for my appointment being at 11 or told she was running behind. I brought this to the manager attention who told me sometimes they run behind. I understand 5min behind But it had been 15min past my appointment time. I was texted 10times by ulta about my 11am appointment at the very least let me know. Needless to say i wont be back. I will drive out of my way to avoid this store. read more

This is the only ulta I would love going to and have been going to since high school and this is the last time going here!! The manger Kelsey was very rude when I tried to file a complain about feeling harassed and discriminated by her and her employees. Me and my sisters were just shopping and they followed us like hawks over me simply fixing the top of a box that was damaged, she rudely said out loud " not to open the merchandise and if I do don't damage it" I was simply fixing it and after that she had her employees follow us and kept tabs on us ?? She even asked to see the cameras! I'm sorry if the way we were dressed all in black looks sketchy but that's literally our uniform. 1 star is too many stars. I went into this ulta to visit their benefit brow bar and get my brows done. The tech, Jessica R., did not know what she was doing. Service wise was similar to a nail salon, but not doing well is 1 thing. She was negligent in the service though, resulting in physical injury, extreme bruising, and swelling... on top of mismatched brows. The service was comped by a manager who tried to gaslight me about the swelling, telling me "it isn't that bad". Well, now that swelling has subsided and we can see the actual damage, is that bad enough for you now? I did not pay for the service with money, but let's see how my wounds heal. I love Ulta but this last time I went with my sister, we felt like we were definitely being followed around by the employees. I've never had 5 people ask me if i'm finding everything okay... Also one of the ladies literally followed us down the makeup brush aisle and did nothing besides just stand around us. Then we went to the new MOD perfume and she followed us there and even interrupted our conversation because she was so close she could hear us. Borderline harassment and racial profiling. Update 2: after contacting customer service a second time the store manager did call me back and offered a full refund. She was very kind and understanding and I appreciated that. I took my daughter in for a trim and she came out with 3 inches off her hair and bangs that she didn't ask for. When she told Lorraine she wanted long layered bangs, Lorraine said "I'm going to make them shorter" then snipped. She only spent 25 minutes on her hair when I paid $77 for a "signature cut" which should have included a deep conditioning treatment and a full cut and style. When she was done so quickly I asked Lorraine if she did the treatment and she said "yes" but my daughter confirmed she did not. She also left with her hair still partially wet and not styled. She was sobbing it looked so bad and so much was taken off. I called to speak to the manager and the woman I spoke to took down my number but the manager never called back. Completely unprofessional all the way around. Update- customer service asked me to contact them below, which I did, and was told the store team would contact me within 1-2 business days. Day 4- no call. As I mentioned to their customer service, it doesn't surprise me since they didn't call when taking my info the day of the appointment either. read more

I've always had a pleasant experience at this location. Last night I stopped in because I was in need of new product to target my awful hormonal cystic acne. Cyndi, who is their skincare & Clinique specialist took the time to recommend a new skincare regime for me & explain all the details! There was another customer in the same aisle & she helped her afterwards too as well. I've seen estheticians in the past & have paid them a lot of money for treatments. They never took the time to help with product education like Cyndi did. I hope my new product works out, but either way, I'm very satisfied with the customer service here! read more

Wow, our experiences in this store have always been good, even picking up a last minute Urban Decay Naked pallete on Christmas Eve. Recently, we were searching for specific shampoo and conditioner for my Mom which would make her gray hair sparkle (we chose Joico) and an eyebrow pencil for her, and the staff was super helpful. I come to have my Angel perfume refilled, it is a little less expensive, greener, and convenient. Love that they always have sales, coupons, and promos going on, love it even more when Scott says "we have to go to Ulta, they are having BOGOS!" Great rewards program: the Birthday gift this year was a super pretty Urban Decay shadow! Worst customer service ever! Called and sat on line only to keep hearing they could not cancel an order less than 5 minutes after accidentally placing it. While I understand I am part to blame but you cannot honestly tell me they are already working on fulfillment at 9pm at night and I am not set to get the shipment until 8 days from now. I hadn't gotten my hair done in 2 years because of the pandemic (and my laziness lol), but I finally decided to give Ulta's Salon a try. I had also never gotten my hair dyed so I was extremely hesitant to before my appointment. I asked for a magenta/purple balayage and a haircut and Callie was INCREDIBLE! She answered all my questions and made sure everything from my cut to the color were exactly what I wanted. I showed her pictures of what I was looking for and the final product turned out even better than I imagined! My appointment also included a deep conditioning treatment which has left my hair super healthy even after being lightened and colored. The cost was 100% worth it and I cannot recommend Callie enough! read more

My girlfriend ordered me a cologne for curbside pickup as a gift for me. It said they had it in stock and what not and then the order was completed which was awesome. Then she gets a email saying canceled. I called just in case and the lady said "yes it was canceled but I don't understand because we do have it and it does say completed so just show up and we will figure it out", then she also went on to say "the manager has been canceling a bunch of orders online without verifying what's on the shelf, she just is canceling them for what feels like no reason". So I show up and I talk to the worker Loren, who was so helpful. We find that the order was canceled but she helped. She was such a sweetheart. And we walk over to the shelf and grab it and I ended up paying for it which is whatever. But the fact is how lazy and ignorant can a manager be? She can't get her fat a** up and make sales? Ulta is losing money because of her. Loren, should be in charge of that place. Not the lazy manager who is in that position. read more

This is my preferred location. I've gotten a great hair cut here in the past. The other day, I stopped in for one favorite product. Couldn't locate it, but the staff was super sweet in directing me right to the stock. I was also buying some birthday gifts. The register didn't ring up the way the sign advertised, but no worries!
