A man was yelling and smoking at the entrance of my pickup. There were employees outside of the building. I had to cancel my order. Any Texas food service employee is educated on saftey laws regarding smoking and vaping inside and outside of the building. Panera corporate level should confront this very important law because it can cause disabled veterans, cancer patients, COPD patients and healthy customers to get exposed to harmful cigarette smoke. I spoke with Denton County and they addressed that all food service workers are supposed to enforce the rule to keep Texans safe. The employees inside the building didn't know about menu items. The place was empty during a busy period. It was very shocking. The only satisfactory part about the location was the clean facility. The branding for the menu was clear and legible.
