BUT for the rest of my group? That sauce is basically a personality trait. The kind of "I'd throw my whole diet away for this" situation. So just know yourself and plan accordingly--but absolutely try the house sauce on something. It's too good not to. And the staff? Always kind, always helpful, never making you feel rushed even when it's busy. It's one of those places where you can sit, eat, talk a little shop, laugh a lot, and forget you're technically on a lunch break.
