To be clear, I'm reviewing the food only as I had 2 Greek salads with salmon delivered through Uber Eats. It arrived with feta all over even though I had requested no feta on either one, but In all fairness to them, from what I can tell of the receipts included, my comment was nowhere to be seen so shame on Uber Eats for providing what appears to be a useless comment field. Onto the salad itself, packed well and full of veggies. Everything was fresh, no wilted lettuce or anything like that. I was a little disappointed at the small dressing size for a salad this size. Was also incredibly underwhelmed by the salmon. For a $6.20 each up charge, the portion was tiny, and worst still, completely cold and straight up brick hard (think a step or 2 above jerky hardness/dryness). The included croissant was pretty decent. Overall nothing too impressive. I would eat here again and try a diff protein but wouldn't be in a rush to do so. read more

This place is the bomb, literally! Brand new in the Cibolo area! So glad it's near by. The salad options are out of this world and sooo freaking good. The chipotle of salad really and a yes from me! The different varieties of greens, veggies, meat, and dressing is awesome. The wrap I made was delicious and let me know I would be back to try more. I recommend not purchasing food at this store unless you go in person. The weekend Staff is obviously not monitored and trained very well by their GM Daniel. On, 4/11/2026 at 1:30pm, they sloppily missed several items on my Uber order, which included the protein, avocado, and bacon. I called the store immediately and they did not take any responsibility for their mess up. I contacted Uber eats and they only refunded me eight dollars for the proteins and other items that the store didn't put into my two wraps. Basically, I received a poorly put together veggie wrap times two for $50. I like to support my local businesses, but they have made me realize going to the grocery store buying my own veggies and meat is gonna be a better option in the future! Thank you. read more

The service here was absolutely disastrous. From the second you walk up, you're rushed and made to feel like an inconvenience if you have any questions. I wish I had gotten the name of the girl that had given us such disappointing service but she went to the back and never came back out after getting frustrated over us having a question about the kids meal. No one else seemed to even care that she had thrown down the kids plate and walked out, we paid for the one that was made and left. This was our first time visiting this location and we will never go back. We will never recommend it to anyone, we wouldn't want anyone to feel uncomfortable the way we did. I was sad to see Salad and Go close. So, when I saw Salata open, I was excited and hopeful. This place did not disappoint me. The freshness and variety of ingredients, the delicious dressings, and the pita chips and croissants all made for a delicious meal. I always get salad, but they can also make wraps with the same ingredients. My husband really likes the tomato basil soup. All the staff are friendly and helpful - every single visit. The ambiance is a touch "sterile" but still appeals with modern, clean lines. Fabulous place for lunch! read more

I have always liked Salata and wished there was a more convenient location for me. I was thrilled when they opened in Cibolo. I have dined in for dinner twice and used the app for a to go order for lunch once. It quickly became apparent that the to go order placed on the app was far less generous than when I dine in. It was literally about half the size. I finished my salad and was still hungry. I was stuck at work and couldn't go out to get more food. I would use the app when I need to bring a salad to work and don't have time to stand in line. Unfortunately I will have to find another lunch option. read more

We ordered a wrap and a salad. The salad was void of all taste. It reminded me of biting into a salad from the 1980's, lacking an imagination. Your mind is looking at the radish and sun dried tomato on your plate, expecting a mouthful of flavor, and it's highly disappointed when both veggies are watery tasting. I really enjoy a good salad, but understandably enough places that sell them are always hard to come by, so when I saw that there was a new salad place in cibolo I was excited but skeptic. However, after my first visit to Salata I was hooked! Not only are the salad options great but the employees are always kind and hospitable. Wife and I stopped by for dinner, She got a wrap, I got a salad. You go down a line similar to sandwich shops. Pick everything you want. My medium salad came in a metal bowl (Gallon size). The place just opened last month but they seemed to have many employees and everyone knew what to do. After eating that huge salad I felt full.
