Ordered kung pow chicken with tap water. Service was very good but this is the worst Chinese food I have ever tried. Couldn't even eat more than a few bites. No flavor, just very bland. Tap water definitely needs a filter. Definitely try a different restaurant.

Had the General Tso chicken and the Mlngolian beef. I truly believe the lunch special here can't be beat. I LOVED it! From the presentation, to the perfectly breaded chicken, to the wonton soup, to the eggroll.

The food here is amazing. My sister and I ordered shrimp fried rice and shrimp lo mein..... we were so hungry that I totally forgot to take pics of our food before we started eating sorry guys!! Hopefully the soup would grab your attention. The staff here is also sweet. Oh, and they have a private area for large groups/parties. That was pretty kool to see.

This was my first time here and upon arriving it was a bit confusing, there is no one up front to greet or sit you. Maybe a sign up front telling you that you must order first then go sit would be helpful. Magic China had great flavors, but the experience was less than perfect by food being cold upon arrival. Rice was cold and the egg roll was in fryer too long and cold. Brought food to the office and just warmed it here. I'll try one more time.

It was my first time here, and I ordered some shrimp fried rice, some Rangoon's, and some egg drop soup and everything was pretty delicious

Good fast Chinese food. My kids and I enjoy the take-out. The food is hot and delicious. At the moment they do not allow dine-in only carry out. The prices are fair for the portion size. You have the option of fried rice or white rice. I'm not a fan of the egg rolls but the cheese ragoon are nice side substitutes. The only con I can think of is the sauce can spill out of the container. We like the chicken on the stick but the sauce goes all over the place. It is very sticky so keep that in mind when removing it from the bag. Overall, the family and I like this place and would recommend giving it a try. You can find menu online or posted next to the door.

After about a dozen visits, I am ready to give this place a 5 star rating. My wife and I have had their shrimp chop suey, orange chicken, sesame chicken, pan-fried dumplings, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. All of Magic China's food has been delicious. I am convinced that they don't let anything leave the kitchen that they would not personally eat. Oh, did I mention that not once have they skimped on putting plenty of egg in their egg drop soup - despite the high price of eggs of late. And, their egg drop soup is not watered down either!

The good: The beer selection was solid, and the cucumber margarita was genuinely delicious. The not-so-good: * Wedge Salad: The salad itself was fine, but the highlight--bacon--was extremely sparse. Six tiny squares were placed on the edge of the plate, which felt oddly rationed and not nearly enough to enjoy throughout the salad. * Mussels: This was the most concerning dish. We expected mussels in a white wine and garlic sauce, but instead received them in a buttery yellow-orange sauce with a very unpleasant odor. The smell was not "fishy" but something far more off-putting--honestly resembling manure. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and don't send food back lightly, but this was not normal. The server said the smell was typical, suggesting vinegar may have made it "pungent." Ultimately, the manager told us we still needed to pay for the dish, which we did without argument, though the experience was disappointing. * Shrimp Appetizer: It was fine, but nothing memorable or worth raving about. * Burger: The patty was overcooked, the bun was dry, and the fries ended up being the best part--crispy and greasy. Overall, we were hoping for a much better experience. While the drinks were enjoyable, the food quality and response to legitimate concerns left a lot to be desired.

I've seen people mention the service being slow, but that hasn't been my experience at all. The servers are fast, friendly, and actually know the menu, which makes a big difference. The food is consistently amazing -- fresh, flavorful, and worth every penny. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you're getting. Plus, they gave the inside a little facelift recently with beautifully lacquered tables and seating, and it looks great. Easily one of my go-to spots for seafood. If you're into real Sinaloense mariscos, this place is it.

We ordered a chorizo and egg burrito, an asada taco with egg, a chorizo taco with egg, and a chorizo plate. The main reason for the lower rating was the chorizo. It had a very unusual texture and flavor--almost more like ground chicken. It wasn't bad, just very different from any chorizo I've had before, so it wasn't quite what I expected. My husband said the burrito tasted good but had a bit too many beans. My son's chorizo plate was plentiful and he said it was good. The salsas were also really good with no complaints there, and the customer service at the drive-thru was friendly. Overall, it was a decent experience. When I rate places, I usually compare them to the best and worst I've had in that type of food. This spot definitely isn't the worst, but it didn't quite beat my favorites either. I went back and forth between giving it a 3 or a 4, but it's still worth trying, and I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again if I needed a quick bite.

At first glance , I thought the restaurant was absolutely adorable, i love that they repurposed an old home , and they kept a lot of really neat vintage pieces and a look as far as atmosphere goes. I felt it was very welcoming. I also love the fact that you could see the cooks in the kitchen. The service was really great.I don't believe we had an empty glass or ever had to ask for a refill on our drinks. Now for the food! When I tell you it is probably one of the best meals I've had in a while.I am not lying. My chicken was cooked to perfection. The flavor of my dish was absolutely delicious and comforting. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, i don't remember the last time I wanted more cooked carrots on my plate! My friends that join me , really had nothing but great things to say about it. Everybody agreed I picked well! We ordered seared scallops wrapped in bacon for the table, my scallop was so good.I almost didn't want to share. We then shared the humongous pork chop, which was excellent and it came with scalloped potatoes, carrots, and miniature potatoes. (Yes, two potato dishes together.) I'd rate the whole thing five stars, but for one thing. Ever since COVID, many restaurants have been presenting their menu via a CR code and an Internet link. Some also offer conventional menus, but Kindling is hard core. No paper menus. (Although they will supply a tablet.) My wife absolutely hates this and has drawn a line in the sand. She says we are not going back, and everyone knows "unhappy wife, lousy life. So Kindling, it has been great.
