Make sure you stay on top of your take out orders. Second time in a year our ticket was misplaced and today waiting over 40 minutes. It took me asking them when my order was coming. They said 6 minutes, they misplaced the ticket. I appreciate the honesty, but they do not care about customer service and satisfaction. They would not comp me a soda. I mean, really? Working food service for 18 years, I know soda costs a couple cents. After spending $50 each time we go...opened my eyes to try the new Chinese restaurant down the street. I'm sorry but this meal was just not good at all. I ordered the kung pao chicken with friend fried . The rice is bland . No flavor , onions , or seasoning. This was my first time here and upon arriving it was a bit confusing, there is no one up front to greet or sit you. Maybe a sign up front telling you that you must order first then go sit would be helpful. Magic China had great flavors, but the experience was less than perfect by food being cold upon arrival. The food was not as good as stated in the review. I was very disappointed. It was very expensive for blah food. we ordered orange chicken and general Cho chicken both were more breading than chicken, the egg rolls were decent and so was the rice. The Lomein noodles were more vegetables than noodle. the pot stickers were big but not flavorful. All and all the delivery was fast and friendly. I won't be ordering from there again, once is enough. Good fast Chinese food. My kids and I enjoy the take-out. The food is hot and delicious. At the moment they do not allow dine-in only carry out. The prices are fair for the portion size. You have the option of fried rice or white rice. I'm not a fan of the egg rolls but the cheese ragoon are nice side substitutes. The only con I can think of is the sauce can spill out of the container. We like the chicken on the stick but the sauce goes all over the place. It is very sticky so keep that in mind when removing it from the bag. Overall, the family and I like this place and would recommend giving it a try. My wife and I have had their shrimp chop suey, orange chicken, sesame chicken, pan-fried dumplings, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. All of Magic China's food has been delicious. AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD! A gem in Cibolo. The restaurant is so clean and organized, I instantly felt comfortable. Went on a Saturday afternoon and was attended and seated instantly. Got the szechuan pork because I wanted to try something new, and I was pleasantly surprised! The pork was so juicy and tender it makes my mouth water thinking about it again. I ordered take and was told 15 mins. I ordered sesame chicken, fried rice and an egg roll. I arrived and waited an additional 10 mins. After I got home and opened up the containers, I wasn't very impressed. I've never had sesame chicken look like that. It was really puffy and not what I'm used to. We looked for the menu on their Facebook page and ordered over the phone. 25 minutes later we went curbside to pick up our order. Food was HOT and great. I mean it was really hot and fresh. We enjoyed every bite of today's lunch. I always order the tofu with veggies. Yumm still delicious. Stars 1 star for easy order over the phone. This will be my new favorite Chinese restaurant to go too. We had the pupu platter which came with about 6 different apps on a really cool looking burning piece platter. Our entrees were so good by the time I was done eating I had forgotten to take any pictures. The restaurant was clean, smelled great, good temperature, and was comfortable. It started getting busy but the ladies working, Jackie, Isa, and another one that I saw, but forgot to ask her name, Tuesday night when we went were busting their tails, helping each other out while also maintaining the best customer service. Walked in, sat down. Saw poster that said order here but "here" was a table with menus & a man then pointed me to a window no one was at . One Mongolian beef was about half onion, dark, the General chicken had a good sauce. Both indicated spicy on menu, neither were. Came with soup, it was average, but served hot like it should be. Lunch comes with egg roll, asked server for it a few minutes after our food came. Another employee can and asked if we got a Rangoon. Yes, tough and very small, she said they substituted. Odd because another table had a a La carte order of egg rolls but lunch plates were told they were waiting on the order to come in. I think they need to clear out Rangoon's.
