I placed a mobile pickup order for the Mediterranean wrap with chicken. I got there early so they hadn't started making it yet but it still took them over 10 minutes to make it. The drive thru is always much faster so the pickup shouldn't have taken that long. I open my wrap when I get home and there's already dressing dripping out of the wrap and soaking it. This location used to be my go to as it is close to my work and home. The last few months this location has gone down hill in terms of customer service, promptness of online orders and accuracy of orders. We decided to give them another try. Ordered through the app, estimated time was 10 minutes. Gave them 20 due to history, but still waited another 10 minutes at the pickup window. Got home to discover that we were missing two items, has requested dressing on the side for the wrap and instead received no dressing and there were no straws or utensils. Worst location and staff I have encountered at a S&G. I put an online order as I wanted to grab and go. Timed it to have 5-8 minutes in case they needed a bit more time but not only did I have to ask for my drinks remade because they were melted within the 10 minutes(total of 22 mins waiting after pickup) before giving me my order, in AZ summer, but I was extremely friendly as I hate to ask for remakes and met with flippant annoyed attitude and a slammed window. I wouldn't have minded as much if they hadn't kept the drive thru flying past with those that arrived after I had. Maybe it was my fault for not going in the drive thru but either way I see why the ratings are so low. The absolute worst service!! Blaire ( as shown on my receipt) needs training!!! I ordered a salad and Lemonade and before pulling off, I noticed that, she didn't provide a straw for my lemonade so, I knocked on the window first; which she never returned to and then, blew my horn, since she had already walked away. When I arrived, I noticed they have two drive up windows, one of which is dedicated to online orders. Cool! Or so I thought. After checking in, the employees cleared the "standard " drive up window of three vehicles WHICH ARRIVED AFTER ME prior to handing me my order. Talk about healthy, fast, fresh, and cheap! Wow I was super impressed with salad options that are less than $6. I wish they had Salad & Go in more locations and states because I would come here pretty option. I got the BBQ Ranch Salad with Buffalo Chicken as my protein and sauce on the side. The salad was very fresh and it was a good portion size. This salad included avocado, black bean, pico de gallo, corn, and tortilla strips. You can add extra toppings or sub out the protein easily. I went through the drive-thru to order and pick up my food and the line was pretty long, but it moved pretty fast. Very impressed! The drinks are also $1. Next time I may try the wraps and soups, but the salad was amazing and I will get that again when I'm back! read more

I never write negative reviews but after the fifth or sixth time of something happening at this specific location, I feel the need. Here's a few examples from recent visits. I honestly feel the entire staff needs retrained or replaced and I say this realizing there is a completely different worth ethic in today's world so it's challenging to find good employees. 1. I pulled up to the drive-through on the right directly after another vehicle who was able to place their order easily. I sat there for over five minutes watching other people go through the lane on the left yet they never took my order. Someone was behind me so I couldn't back out. I finally pulled through and at the window asked why they never took my order and I was told they stopped taking orders on that side yet they never took the time to tell me through the speaker or place a sign. They could literally see my car yet ignored the entire car line sitting there! 2. I ordered two breakfast burritos and the sausage was literally ice cold. I didn't have time to return so the next day I came back to order lunch and I brought them with me and was told it was impossible for it to be ice cold and it was probably from the salsa. Mind you, besides the obvious of the icy chill of the sausage which was nasty, I was in the restaurant business for 27 yrs so I clearly know the difference of cold meat vs cold salsa. 3. Ordered salad and coffee with no ice as the person with me had sensitive teeth. I also asked for utensils since we weren't heading home and they are notorious for not adding utensils. They handed me iced coffee and flat out rolled their eyes at me when I mentioned again that it needed to be no ice. I also noticed no utensils in the bag after we got to our destination. 4. This one was just last week and the reason why I'm finally writing a review. I pulled up at 11:45 AM, not even noon and ordered a salad wrap since I'm a busy teacher with very little time to myself and needed to eat it on the drive. They informed me they were already out of wraps for the day even though it wasn't even noon so I unfortunately had to get a salad to eat while driving. At the window I asked how it was possible to be out of them already and I acknowledged that I knew it wasn't their fault as they were probably not the ones placing the order and they mentioned they just don't order enough or something to that effect. I asked that they please make sure there was at least utensils so I can try to eat a few bites since the last few times there were no utensils and sure enough, I drove away and there was no utensils. This location is near my home and I eat at salad and go a few times a week but I've been going out of my way to drive further since I never have these issues at the location on Priest. My neighbor told me she has issues at this location all the time too. Honestly this is only a few of the negative things that have happened at this location. Disappointing. read more

This location offers overall good service and while there have been some hiccups with online orders they've been resolved easily. While I do enjoy their selection of salads and they offer a seasonal salad that rotates, I do get a little bored with the selections after a while. Their current seasonal drink, a prickly pear lemonade, is very refreshing and hits the spot! I'd say out of all the varieties so far, my favorite is probably the Thai salad with tofu. I go to a few locations, mostly Chandler and Mesa. I typically order ahead so I can walk up and grab my order vs. waiting in the always long drive through line. This is the only location where they literally will just ignore you, whether you're in the Mobile drive through in your car at the window or standing there in front. 22 minutes they literally didn't even look the way of Mobile customers - finally a man tapped on the window to get an update. Maybe a design flaw as the drive through seems to be their only priority (I'm assuming the timers set for them to beat is the reasoning), but unfortunately it only forces them to ignore any other customers not in the drive through. If it's too much, or staff is too busy - turn off mobile ordering rather than ignore people. read more
