I make my own salad so I can get exactly what I want. Roman lettuce, chicken, cranberries, watermelon radishes, sweetened pecans, tortilla strips, blue cheese with ranch dressing. It was so good. I'm not sure if it is just me, but it seems like the chicken is different. It's is pulled chicken now, but I believe it used to be grilled pieces. I liked the old chicken better. Stopped at this location to grab lunch to go. I used the app to order so that it was available at the pickup location. We did a combo which included salad, quesadillas and drink. Also just ordered another salad, southwestern. My salad the harvest was really good and I like the non-traditional ingredients added to this mix. My cucumber mint lemonade was good as ever. Wanted some lunch and then was going to get back to work, salad and go sounded nice to I decided to stop by and grab a wrap. A African American Girl with red hair was so rude and had no customer service at all. Then another girl came up to the window and was even ruder when I asked for a side ceaser sauce. Seriously the managers here need to teach their workers how to be kinder to the customers because I will never be back because of how rude these girl workers were here. This location is INCONSISTENT. I always order a Fiesta and Southwest Burrito when I go. This review pertains to the Fiesta Burrito. Most of the time, the burrito is okay. A few times it is great! Many times now, the meat takes reheated. I NEVER KNOW WHAT I WILL BE GETTING. The other day, I bit into the burrito and ran to the garbage can to spit it out. It took forever to get the taste out of my mouth. The meat tasted as if it had been cooked 2 days ago. I can tell because I can't eat meat a second day when I cook it at home. I completed their survey once to complain about the red peppers being so big that I have to spit them out of my mouth. Someone replied stating they get their vegetables from a central location. The interesting thing is that they have only been in the burrito 2 times. I doubt they are supposed to even be in this burrito. The employees are pleasant. I ordered and paid online hours ahead of time. I pull up to the mobile pick up, rang the bell, and they had no record of my order. I showed the gal my confirmation and she took down my order. She had their team make my order as quickly as possible but when she handed me my drink, they over filled it. In turn not only did it spill down my hand and arm but inside my denim jacket sleeve and on my lap from the overflow. I handed it back to her, she wiped it down and handed it back to me as it was STILL overflowing. She took it back and made a new drink. She did apologize but the poor guy behind me waiting for his mobile pick up waited just as long as I did for their order due to the delay this took for me. First time ordering with the mobile app. Pickup was a snap (and a lot quicker than dealing with peak lunchtime drivethru crowd at another location)! Even better, this new location is down the street and has a Mobile Order Express lane that makes the process go quick. Use the app and typically it's about 15 mins for an order or do it ahead if you really are a planner!! The location is near Black Bear Restaurant and sits almost in the middle of the parking lot. The traffic flow and lines I see will be a bit of an issue. Pickup today was spot on and ready and I felt like a kid at Disneyland with a FASTPASS but even better. Another location is opening up in the coming weeks east on Elliott Rd and hope they have a mobile pickup lane as well. I may need to invest in my own store the way I grab & go!!! read more

I don't really do fast food that much but when I do not have a lunch or dinner planned out Salad And Go has been my jam! My goto favs are the Jalapeno Ranch and Thai! The Jalapeno Ranch has corn, tomatoes, picked red onions, pepper jack cheese, bacon mixed greens with a jalapeno ranch dressing. The Thai has mixed greens with red peppers, carrots, cucumbers, red cabbage with a peanut dressing. I get both salads with chicken as a my protein and no matter how many times I have them they are always fresh and delish! The salads are under 7 bucks! Also you can get a iced coffee for a buck too! I work nearby and will order a salad from here at least twice a week. I definitely started noticing they are being skimpy with the meat. Started a few months ago, so I started paying for double chicken to get the normal amount. Now even with ordering double chicken and paying extra, they are still only placing like 15 mini pieces in the salad. Disappointing because the entire reason I'm a recurring customer is the price and quality of the food. Now forget it if you want protein. The dressing has never been good, but the salads are usually fresh and they most of the time give a fair amount of lettuce. When it feels like you are constantly living on the surface of the sun (AKA a summer in Arizona), doesn't a fast, fresh salad sound perfect? This Salad and Go location was easy to get to and had prompt, friendly service. They have a mobile ordering pick up window separate from the regular drive through line and the signs for it are easily seen when you turn into the plaza to get to the restaurant. The jalapeno ranch salad I had included a lot of fresh greens, protein (I chose tofu), and veggies. While I love bacon, my blood pressure doesn't so I substituted egg for the bacon in the salad with no problems. The jalapeno ranch delivered as promised. I could taste both elements and it had a mild heat to it. While I do get a little bored with some of the veggie, protein and dressing options for their salads I do appreciate them as a very fast and healthier alternative to other fast food drive through restaurants. read more
