It's sprinkled lightly with powder sugar and a dispense of warm syrup was provided as well. Really good breakfast! Wife went with the 2 egg breakfast with bacon and sourdough toast. They serve a wonderful homemade blackberry jam with the toast, which was really good and jammy. She also had her eggs done the same way as me and they were cooked to perfection. The bacon was perfect and she commented about the hash browns being cooked to a crunchy outer and tender on the inside.
