This place is AWESOME!! I've been coming here for a few years now and I have never had anything that wasn't spectacular. My favorite salad is the Cobb with either chicken or steak. The homemade soup is so flavorful and the staff members are incredibly friendly. I can't believe what a large salad you can get for such a low price. I work in East Mesa so I can go here during the week however, there have been times that even on the weekend I have made the trek from Tempe just for the food here. Looking forward to one opening in Tempe someday!! read more

They are terrible. They will charge you for an extra salad and not give you a receipt. The guy said you have 3 salads? I said no only 2. Oh ok I read it wrong. Then I had to ask for the receipt. Also never get what I order right the first time. I always have to go to the front and the people there are always crabby. Suck because we love salad and go but they need a customer device check. . read more

I love everything about this healthy lunch spot. It's convenient and so super fast. I have never waited longer than 5 minutes in line, which is nice with two kids in the car. There ingredients are always fresh and I trust the food I'm eating is top quality. I especially love the southwest salad and the Asian salad. The Serrano like dressing is absolutely delicious! My 4 year old always gets a smoothie and polishes off the entire thing before we even get home. Just recently got breakfast here and the quinoa bowl and yogurt parfait were top notch. Never disappoints, and flavors are always consistent. read more

Would like to have seen more low carb options- the salads were all over 20g carbs and sweeteners to the juices, but they were open to modifications! Any other locations? Near SCNM on 101 and Broadway would do great! read more

amazing amazing food!! from their yummy salads to their refreshing drinks, salad and go has a simple, tasty, and healthy menu! their salads are packed with fresh, delicious ingredients that will have your mouth watering instantly! they are incredibly committed to sustainability and limiting waste, and they have a clean and efficient experience. their drinks are only a dollar for ANY SIZE and i always love to get an arnold palmer (half sweet tea, half lemonade) with my salad. ...dang it! now i'm craving a good salad from them right now! that said, recently i was rather disappointed by their customer service. around 1 pm on sunday, march 8 i picked up a salad and drink, and was disappointed and uncomfortable by the service i received. it was a young guy helping me and he was short in his responses and unfriendly. i'm not sure he ever even looked at me or acknowledged me as a human as he took my card and passed me my salad. they weren't more busy than usual, he just seemed uninterested in my experience as the customer and i was disappointed. most of the time their employees are pretty nice and friendly but this one guy was definitely not. i would give salad and go a five star rating but for that unfortunate way i was treated. i'm sure however that they will commit to training their employees well and stepping things up as they always do :) read more

We got Sick from eating there and when contacted their customer service we got offered a $30 gift card, so we can go eat more salad

Omggggggggggg. A salad that costs less than 7 bucks. With chicken?! I was a little apprehensive. But there was a line across the parking lot. I thought for a moment I was at Dutch Bros. I walked up to the window to skip the drive thru line. The girl that helped me was so sweet. I ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap. The chicken was cooked perfect. The wrap was full and made well. I'm honestly hooked after one bite. Definitely making this my new go to place to get food while on the go. read more

I got the Caesar salad and ending up throwing it out because the dressing tasted nothing like Caesar. Also, their coffee had a weird taste to it. The breakfast burritos were good though! read more

Here is what I sent them based on my experience. Comment: Hello, I would like to tell you about a very poor experience I had today at your store on McClintock and Elliot in Chandler, AZ. I have ordered from this store about 5 times in the last month or so. The food is great and much healthier then other fast foods. Usually the service is great. I order on line and pick it up on my way home. The first few times I ordered I went through the regular order line to pick up my order. When I did that last week they informed me there was a pick up window that I could also use for faster pick up. It was a great tip, until today. When I arrived for pickup there were 3 cars (one parked as the lady walked up to the walk up window for her order) so i decided to use the regular drive up to get my order. There was no one in that line at the time. I told the associate I was there for a pick up and she informed me that there was a window on the other side of the building to pick up and she would not allow me to pick up my order from this line. I went to the other side and waited. When I got to the front I asked what the difference was. They simply walk the food 4 steps to other window. She said it was their process and proceeded to yell "have a great day" at me as I drove away. Here is their response back to me. "Thank you for reaching out to us with your feedback. I am very sorry to hear you did not enjoy your visit. Our stores are structured in a specific way to help ensure each order is given out quickly and efficiently. Some stores will have a drive thru lane and an online ordering lane. Online orders are made on one side of the  line while drive thru orders are made on the other. We store all orders in the fridge on the online order side. We have our walk up window as well that is available if you would like to skip the line. I certainly understand your confusion and will be passing this along to our team. We hope to serve you again and appreciate you reaching out and bringing this to our attention." Basically they doubled down on their policy. It is literally a 4 step walk from the fridge by the online orders side. I have picked up more online orders from the other side and it's never been a problem. read more

Tried it with the wifey. Nice and quick, which was good but did kind of agree it feels like the fast food of salads. Although the salad was huge, it was mostly lettuce (which tasted a little less than fresh but not rotten or slimey) the dressing was just ok , and I had to really look for the chicken. Will most likely try a couple more times if we're in a pinch but if I have the time I would rather a nicer salad for the same price just down the road. read more

I wanted to eat something fresh, I didn't have time to waste, and this was the perfect spot. Salad in a drive thru! I got the BBQ ranch with chicken and the Asian salad with chicken. I loved the BbQ ranch, I thought the Asian wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but my Dad thought it was great. so we ended up winning on both salads! The dressings had a sophisticated taste in a simple flavor. The simple flavor of BBQ and ranch combined with a sense of complexity that gives the BBQ ranch salad a gourmet taste, while still being a flavor of comfort. All the veggies were fresh and crisp and the chicken was free range, which always makes me feel better about the food I put in my body. I wish there was a Salad and go in my neighborhood because I'm barely ever in Gilbert. read more

Lettuce selection not great. There was not enough salad dressing. It was a good price, but this a case of you get what you pay for

Why didn't I think of a drive through salad place? Genius! Salads are fresh and fast!

I stumbled across this place as I was going to the bank. It's a small little place where you go up to the window and order. You can't go inside to sit and they have 3 small little tables outside. I got their BBQ ranch salad. The salad was ok and reasonably priced. read more

Love that there is a healthy drive through/walk up option for a quick salad, smoothie or soup. They have breakfast options as well which is handy if you happen to be near a location and need to pick something up. The summer menu has gazpacho which is very tasty! They always have a Strawberry Kale Smoothie on the menu as well as a special smoothie and salad. read more

*Update* they got rid of the breakfast bowl that I went there for and now ask me if I want a fork...that's annoying oh well

What a great little place to get a quick wrap or salad! Great prices too! Luckily, Salad and Go paid for an ad placement in Yelp because we were five miles away and it probably wouldn't have come up in the serve results when we were looking for places to eat. Glad they did because this was a great place have a quick bite. We will be back! read more

In the immortal words of George Takei,"Oh my!!" This place is amazing. As having recently converted to a much healthier diet, my fiancée and I just haven't really been able to find a place that fills the "it's too late to make diner" void. This place just filled that hole, with amazingly fresh, tasteful salad!!! No joke, a "fast food" joint that's truly healthy. We used the drive through, and really appreciated being able to watch them make our salad as we waited. Perfectly chopped greens, great lettuce to dressing to chicken ratio, PERFECT!!! I can't wait to come back here. Oh, this is the Salad and Go on Gilbert Rd. Service was prompt, friendly, and the place looked really clean. Thanks again for an amazing experience!!!! read more

Good place for a quick healthy dinner. Seasonal salads aren't usually very good, but the main menu items are pretty solid.

Great salads. My husband had the BBQ ranch salad with chicken and loved it. I had the Cobb with ranch and balsamic dressing. Both were awesome. read more

Out of all the salads I've had in my life (3 in total) this is by far the best! The toppings are fresh and tasty, the portion size is excellent, and the price is unbeatable. I'll definitely be coming back, and I cannot wait to try out their breakfast menu too! read more

I used to work at this location from 2019-2021 so I understand how overwhelming lunch rushes can be at times. However I showed up around 2:30 (post lunch rush) and only had a wrap for myself to order. I ordered the BBQ Ranch wrap and before I could begin stating my modifications the rude girl on headset immediately cuts me off and asks what protein I want. I told her no protein extra cheese and all romain. She takes a deep audible breath and says "Okay so a BBQ Ranch wrap on ALL ROMAIN!? (Emphasis on all romain) I continue ordering and ask for no BBQ dressing please add Jalapeño ranch on the side. she's saying "okay" after each request I make like she's following along but when I ask her to repeat my order she takes a long pause and reads everything as fast as she can and exactly how I ordered it then just states the total. I get to the window and whoever was on window was very nice but you could tell girl on headset didn't want to be there. They hand me my wrap with dressing not onside and when I open it up dressing is everywhere! Definitely love the fast affordable & healthy option of buying from Salad and Go however it's not an enjoyable experience when people like that are taking headset and your food looks like it was bathed in dressing. read more

We just went to this location this morning to get breakfast burritos for the first time, we've heard nothing but good things about the service and the food, wanted to try it! The man handing food out of the window was a complete jerk. He did not greet us, he was rude over the intercom for ordering, he did not say one word, threw out food out of the window practically and shut the window, had no personality! Very disheartening and not sure if we will be back to this location. Worst customer service on a Sunday morning by far. read more

I honestly love this place so much. Many days, I don't have a ton of time for a lunch break. I enjoy being able to stop over at Salad and Go and getting a healthy lunch within minutes from the drive-thru. The staff is always super friendly and attentive. The ingredients are always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed and fun. It's completely outdoor seating which is perfect for a nice spring day. My current favorites are the Cobb and Seasonal Greens but I have yet to find a salad I don't like. I'd definitely recommend Salad and Go! My dog is even a fan since he always get a little pup treat when he comes with. :) read more

Stopped in for breakfast this morning and ordered a Quinoa Berry Breakfast Bowl sans the berries and it was amazing. I requested they add a drizzle honey and I really enjoyed every bite! Quality ingredients, phenomenal recipe for sweet quinoa and the delicious peanut butter topping made this a dish you really need to try! I plan on stopping by tonight to try the quinoa and sweet potato salad. Love this place!!! Oh ... And once everyone at the office got a look at my breakfast and stuck their greedy little spoons in for a taste, I now have orders to pick up for them tomorrow! Ok so I frickin love this place!! However the breakfast burritos need some work. I bought the fiesta burrito this Morning and my first bite was a huge chunk of egg whites. I would love it if they mixed up the ingredients so they are evenly distributed through out the burrito, instead mine was egg whites on the left and tortilla pieces, pico and sausage on the right. Also to add the cold brew was watered down. Other than that great location. love the girls really friendly and cute. read more

I was a loyal Salad and and Go customer since the location opened. I went weekly and ordered multiple items for my family and friends. Unfortunately, they are becoming less fresh in order to cut costs for customers. I didn't think the Salad cost was outrageous to begin with, but I understand wanting to price things for customers. Based on recent trips, what they claim as "fresh" is pre-packaged (frozen tasting) food. And forget about changing things if you have an allergy or intolerance, because they can't make "modifications" due to the "pre-packaging." They did respond to my complaint and graciously offered me a free salad. I can get something fresher from McDonald's. I'm very disappointed. They had great potential. Maybe once the can accomadate a customer's needs again, I'll give them my patronage again. read more
