I was unsure what to expect in the small town of Windsor, but this place nailed it! We stopped by for lunch and couldn't believe how affordable it was, especially for the selection/amount of food you get. I had the pad see-iew, which came with choice of soup or salad (I went with the tom kha), rice (4 different options) and egg roll. We also ordered the hot ginger tea with our meal and it was so soothing for my tummy. The flavors were so fresh and authentic, the service was fast and friendly and the food came out hot (it's the worst when restaurants deliver dishes lukewarm). I can't wait to visit Windsor again, I'll definitely return to Sala Thai! read more

Delicious! The soup I ordered was a little on the sweet side, but the pad see Ew was delicious, and they did make it gluten free as I requested. We also ordered the fried rice, and that was very good too! We will definitely order from here again ! read more

My girlfriend and I come here every Tuesday night. It's our tradition. It's quiet, the staff are all friendly and polite. The food is amazing. We absolutely love it. Even when their AC went out during summer and it was 80 degrees inside they had fans all around to try and keep the place cooled down. You can tell they care. read more

Let me start by saying that I've never actually been to the physical restaurant--Sala Thai was recommended to us when take out and delivery were the only options due to COVID. And what a great recommendation it was! Pad Thai is always my go-to, and theirs is delicious! My husband is a lo mein lover, but went with chow main since that wasn't an option, and he loved it. I also love that you can choose between mild, medium, hot, and Thai hot for every dish. We love spice, so we love having those options. They also have several different kinds of curry; I've only tried yellow so far, but look forward to tasting the others! It's a great go-to for ordering in, I highly recommend it! read more

First and probably last time to come here. Ordered the chicken pad Thai medium spicy. Was bland, noodles were so over cooked it was like eating paste. No vegetables in it to redeem the poor noodles and lack of flavor. Wife ordered a yellow curry that was supposed to have potato in it- no potatoes. The summer rolls were loosely wrapped and fell apart when we tried to eat them. I thought people were joking when they said that the restaurant industry was not focused on taste in Colorado. Decided to try Sala Thai completely based on Yelp reviews and our thirst for something new. We were not disappointed! We ordered the kids' teriyaki chicken with steamed rice, pad Thai, and basil rice with pork. The basil rice was purely based on a previous Yelper's recommendation, but it turns out this was by far everyone's favorite dish! Everything here is made fresh to order, and you can taste that. It was fresh and flavorful. Prices were reasonable and service was prompt and courteous. If you're gluten free, the menu denotes choices that are always GF next to the options, but they let you know to just ask because they can make several other dishes gluten free as well. If you prefer things a little spicier, let them know and they'll turn up the heat on your meal for you! We'll definitely be back to try another offering from the menu soon! read more

Some of the best, if not the best, Thai I've had outside the state of Washington. That being said I don't have a TON of experience outside of Washington and Colorado. We went there on a whim and we're not disappointed. Jasmine tea and rice were on point. Their curry and peanut sauces were on point. We got the yellow curry (with pork,) the pad see ew (I think) with chicken. Chicken potstickers/dumplings served with peanut sauce which was unusual but tasty. Great potstickers. Also got some... Spring rolls, I think, also very tasty with sweet and sour sauce. Enough to take some home and way later. They actually got even better as leftovers.
