I just spent $100 on a dinner for my family and everything was pretty bad. We ordered dinner for pickup at 4:30 pm. It's evident that they packaged up old lunch items. The chicken satay was rubbery and cold. The rangoons were lukewarm. There was a hair wrapped into the spring roll. The other spring rolls fell apart after 1 bite. Like had to eat with a fork because the rice paper was dry/not elastic. I am pretty frustrated to have spent $100 on old food. A friend and I shared the Tom Kah, and each had a curry. Everything was delish, and the portions were generous. Drinks are usually delayed, and your app usually arrives at the same time as your meal, even if you specifically request it to arrive before the meal (pictured here), but it's the best quality Thai cuisine in Loveland, so to me, it's worth it. We just moved to Loveland, so all businesses here are new to us. This was such a pleasant surprise. It's a house remodeled to a restaurant. Super cozy, homey & comfortable. Wonderful dish I had was Avocado Curry. Level One. I am used to red & yellow curry dishes. But Avocado Curry is started with green curry. (I didn't know green was hotter to start.) The waitress got me a cup of coconut milk to make it edible for this Polish girl. It was so delicious, but spicy. How wonderful to have so many big slices of avocado in the sauce. I've been into this place in person a handful of times and, while the food was always good, the ambience left something to be desired. I wanted some Thai takeout when I was in Loveland, so I ordered online from here. For the first time in YEARS, I had Tom Kha Gai that WASN'T SUGARY SWEET!!! This place does it right - using unsweetened coconut milk, tons of galanga root and lemongrass. I've seriously been looking for a Tom Kha that isn't like sipping a dessert for over a decade now! The Pad Thai came with thin bean noodles - different from what I'm used to with the flat rice noodles, but the same delicious flavor. The Pad See Ew was ordered medium and had a wonderful kick to it. We also added the Panang Curry (medium) with brown jasmine rice which was thick and creamy, and chock full of bell peppers and tender chicken. Although I can actually go spicier, but that is why all those pepper containers on the table are for. The Chicken Massaman curry oh my God!! A little taste of home for me, that is heaven!!! Oh wow! I don't branch out a lot and try new types of food. I did it today because my 8 year old wanted to try Thai. I'm very glad I did. I ordered the Stir Fried Holy Basil for myself and stir fried mixed vegetables with tofu for the boy. They removed a couple of things he doesn't eat (onions and mushrooms) without a problem. *Take note every other restaurant on earth.* I ordered it "Thai Hot" which is their second hottest level. I then supplemented with additional chili oil and chili flakes. Amazing heat. Incredible flavors. Son loved his food as well. Very pleased we chose Thai Thai'm. Interior was clean and cool. This unassuming place on the highway is even better than the reviews say. The basil dish I wanted is here. They're very good at plant based. The tofu is crispy almost! Just a really nice texture. Walking out of Thai Thai'm, I was sure this would be a 5-star review. I liked my Chicken Pad Thai that much. My wife liked (but didn't love) her Red Curry Stir Fry w/Chicken (it's just a little too sweet). I would say the service was good, although my water glass was empty for much of the meal. On the way home, my stomach started to rumble. A bit later my wife's did too. You can easily guess the rest of the story. While visiting family for an early Christmas our son recommended that his dad & I go here for a dinner date one day. It's a small cozy restaurant with a friendly staff & warm atmosphere. We were greeted & seated quickly. I loved the fact that the menu had full description of all of the items including not only the vegetables, meat choices etc but also the spices that were in it. It made it so easy to chose - except they all looked amazing. And the prices were very reasonable as well. I ordered my favorite- Masaman Curry. When she asked me the spice level I told her "mild" or none & kind of laughed. When it came it tasted SO good & the spice level was almost none but it still had the most wonderful curry flavor! Always excited to see vegan options on a menu and not just tofu, they also offer both beyond and imposible beef!! Tofu spring were fresh and sauce was really good! I got the vegan green curry with beyond, it was flavorful and the beyond made it better. My roommate got chicken drunken noodles and mentioned it was flavorful and had asparagus and good bit of veggies and meatl! Disappointing. After driving 50 miles to the region to try my favorite Thai restaurant in Northern Colorado, Bai Tong, I learned the hard way that they were tragically closed on Tuesday. So we tried Thai Thai'M. The rice wasn't fresh but lumpy. The chicken in the Massaman curry? It reminded me of something in the third world, where villagers throw a piece of meat into the pot, fat, tendons, weird looking dark spots and all, no paring, no cutting, just massive clumps of odd looking chicken meat. I became the chef tonight, carefully cutting these baseball sized meat clumps into semi manageable, bite sized pieces. So much of the meat was odd and inedible. Nothing was right. The potatoes weren't tender. The sauce lacked the pungency normally accorded with Massaman curry. The extra peanuts I requested didn't make their way to the dish. The waitress was in a terrible hurry to take the order. Pricing is about right and the chicken meat, albeit gigantic in size and weird in appearance, was generally tender. I had to spit out one piece into a napkin due to its rubbery consistency. The Thai iced tea was very sweet, too sweet to be interesting. In short, this place is unrefined and I would encourage you to try Bai Tong instead. No I am not paid and have no axe to grind. It's as though the chef or owners never taste their own food. read more

On the days I work downtown Loveland, I order in, due to not being able to leave the store. Delivery fees and services vary, but have always been reliable. What hasn't has been the place I order from, to deliver UTENSILS! There was only a check box to say you DO NOT want them. I also ordered some ice. I got my food, but no utensils or ice. This is not the delivery service fault but again, experience the restaurant not paying attention to orders. The food was good, in that the Drunken Noodles, had a good amount of fresh veggies, the noodles were all clumped together. I know now, having not eaten here before, that mild, means non existent heat, and that is ok, now I know. Not sure if there was a sauce, as I couldn't taste any. I will say that the real reason for the 2 stars is when I called, all I got was excuse after excuse and NO help. I appreciate they get a lot of orders, and maybe most don't care for utensils, but I did! And I made sure I filled out the order correctly, it bugs his excuses fair outweighed my inability to eat what I paid a lot of money for, after all the fees! read more

Having traveled extensively through Southeast Asia including Thailand, I appreciate the authentic cuisine with the highest quality fresh ingredients they consistently serve up. But the truly best part of eating here is how lovely the people are. No matter what time day or night that I am here, I am greeted with warmth and a sense of generosity. Make it even better, and arrive at their door with those same thoughts within you! This is one of the better Thai food places I've been to. It is located in an unassuming plaza with ample parking. Every dish we ordered was delicious and came out quickly. The seasoning / flavor is not overwhelming or bland -- just right! The staff were very friendly and attentive. We came in close to closing for dinner and they were still happy and enthusiastic. The only thing that confused me a little was the size of the pad se ew; I'm used to the American "super-size" portion of everything so the small portion caught me off guard. I was going to give them a 4 star since you can't give a half star so I'll bump it up to a 5. I was so excited to try this place because of all the awesome ratings. I've had amazing Thai food in Nashville, Atlanta, Destin, and other cities and since this was my first time in Loveland I felt like I needed to try out a good local Thai restaurant. We came here on a slow night I guess because we were the second group of people in the restaurant. The place was clean and didn't look dingy (although some of the best foods I've had were at dingy places lol). The only server there was very attentive, quick, and honestly great. I had no issues with the service. We ordered some pad Thais, Tom yum goong soup (creamy), basil fried rice w chicken, and fried spring rolls. I felt that the spring rolls were pretty oversized for the amount of food we got but maybe I'm just really spoiled with cheap, amazing authentic Thai food. The pad thais were good but a little different from what I've had before like there was a different taste to it and it could be good for some and bad for others. The basil fried rice definitely had a distinct taste and I personally enjoyed it but the others did not (maybe they're not use to the Thai herbs- was kinda overpowering). The Tom yum goong soup was good but not the best I've had. Overall, it was a good experience and worth a try. If I lived here, I'd probably be a regular. read more

What a pleasant surprise! I generally don't each Thai food because i had it set in my mind that it all contains thai peppers. I don't do spicy hot food. One of my coworkers had a birthday Monday, and this is her favorite food. So..., off we went. I ordered the Pad Se Ew lunch special. (That means it came with soup and 2 crab-cream cheese rangoons) It had some veggies mixed with sections of noodles that were a lot like Chinese chow fun noodles. the dish was a little sweeter, but delicious! I am not sure what kind of soup it was... i tasted coconut, maybe a bit of warm spice like nutmeg? or cloves? very light, and topped with raw mushroom slices , also a bit on the sweeter side. I'm a convert! Nothing I ate was at all hot/spicy, and I'm intrigued by the flavors of the soup. Now i can't wait to go back!! read more
