Went for lunch and was not impressed. The spicy wings were pretty good but overpriced at $13.95 (Monday&Tuesday special) and the waitress charged me the regular price by accident @ $17 which was upsetting. The hot and sour soup was good and the shrimp lunch special was just meh and there was not enough shrimp to justify a 15$ price tag. I will be back to give them another chance as they've been pretty decent before and the mistake was fairly minor Just beware the pricing is a bit confusing. read more

I stopped in here for dinner the other night. There's plenty of parking, as this restaurant is located in a strip mall of sorts. The inside is surprisingly large, and I grabbed a seat at the bar (which is huge), and was greeted right away with menus (extensive food menu, large beverage menu, and a page front and back of dine in specials for Monday and Tuesday). The restaurant has a nice, modern and clean vibe. While the Monday/Tuesday menu specials looked good, I opted for the Tonkatsu Ramen. It came out in a very generously sized bowl, that was filled with all of the good stuff! It had plenty of pork belly, a little bit of corn, bamboo, scallion, sauted beansprout, seaweed, crunch garlic, and a perfectly jammy egg. The broth was flavorful, and not overly salty. To drink, I had the mango fruit tea, which was really good. I will absolutely be back, and maybe check out more of the specials menu next time! read more

We had a nice time here. We had made reservations, and were seated promptly. They had plenty of gluten free and diary free options to suit our dietary needs. The sushi was delightful and so was the gluten free pad Thai. We were here celebrating a birthday and they lacked gluten free dairy free options and made sure we were aware of it. Our friends enjoyed the fried icecream. For a Saturday night, this place was bustling with energy and we had a lovely time. read more

I ordered takeout from the Sakura in Walpole and noticed that the price charged is higher than that on the current take out menu displayed on the counter. This has happened a few times so I expected there to be a takeout service charge or some service fee, but that is not mentioned anywhere on their current menu. I am concerned this may violate the Massachusetts Junk Fee Regulations (940 CMR 38.00) and the Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 93A), which require all mandatory fees to be disclosed clearly in the listed price. The food is decent and it's a convenient location, so I am hoping the restaurant does the right thing and makes necessary corrections. read more

Fresh, tasty, and nicely remodeled inside. All of my favorite Chineese restaurants have gone downhill or closed since Covid. The rice is often old and appetizers are under or over cooked. This place was amazing - everything tasted so fresh and the service was great. Didn't try the Japanese menu on this trip. We plan to go back on a Saturday when they have entertainment. read more

This review is ONLY for the Poke Bowl FAIL Came here for dinner with the family and I was excited to try the Poke Bowls they have to offer. The photos posted by the owners and others looked delicious and I was ready to order my Salmon Lover Poke Bowl and expectations were high. It's also a lighter fare and healthier than other dishes in this heat. Yelpers - look at the photos I uploaded from the owner and what I was actually served that he thought was acceptable. What in the world?? I just need to warn you before you get these! The fresh ingredients, vibrant veggies, edamame, mango, sesame seeds, etc. with a nice dressing was NOT what I received. In fact several of the items described were not present. Rather, I got a glob of Mayo drenched in the mix of everything all served on sushi rice with a ton of panko flakes and dried onions mixed in. Reminds me of kani salads. My son ordered the Sakura Bowl and it was even worse and he couldn't eat it at all. The dressings were supposed to be different but they all came out the same. Heavy and inedible. The terrible thing was I tried to let the owner know how heavy and unappetizing it was, but he refused to come out of the kitchen. Told our server that it's how he makes it because the customers like it heavy this way. If that's the case then I am not going to be one of his customers for this. They have some good dishes and their sushi & ramen are fine. They just cut corners and don't know how to make proper poke bowls that have the proper portion of protein and veggies, and won't clog your arteries with cream sauce! read more

I came here not expecting much because it was in a little strip mall. I know it sounds bougie but I am a foodie and it really wasn't that impressive on the outside. I'd have to say that the quality of the sushi here is better than the place than my regular spot. The prices are Absolutely worth it for what you get. The portions are huge. But the thing that has made them really stand out is that they sell boba/bubble tea and they do a good job of it! My fiancé and I love sushi but due to Covid and being out of a job, we have not been spending too much. However, we decided to treat ourselves and SO glad we did!
