The shrimp was not cleaned (we ate shrimp crap) and all they did was give us an attitude and say they won't charge us extra for the food we didn't eat!!! I was excited to try this new all you can eat sushi place near my house. When I got there, the menu was a bit confusing. The common Japanese names for sushi was not on the menu. When I asked the waitress for maguro and ikura , she had no idea what I was talking about. I had scribbled out one thing, but she still brought it to my table. Been here twice now for lunch. This place is decent for what you get. Service is quick and prices are reasonable. The sushi is good, our favorite is the sweetheart roll. We've ordered everything from nigiri to chicken cutlets and soba noodles. We do wish that you could order more than 1 piece of nigiri at one time. I think they realized after we kept ordering the same thing for my FIL to give us more than 1 order though. Lol! We've only dined for lunch but I know the menu is a bit bigger for dinner so we may need to try that next time. All in all great find and there's something for everyone. read more

Our server Sophie was very nice and took really good care of us. She educated us that we can order off the dinner menu and pay the dinner price for lunch. The dinner menu offers more selections. I am from Las Vegas where we have so many AYCE (all you can eat sushi) places and this ranks right up there with the best of them. If you have not eaten here you have to try it. Decided to try this place again the 2nd time. The first time I went here, the guy at the receptionist was really accommodating. However, the 2nd visit, the lasy at the reception looked annoyed when I prefer where to sit. I asked for a booth and she asked me annoyingly, "for one?" And laughed at her co-worker who got my drinks. I would inderstand if the restaurant is busy and at peak hours, but it's freaking 1:50pm on a Tuesday. That lady doesnt even smile when all customers are coming in. I would not recommend this palce anymore if that lady will be like that in the future. read more

We went to Sakura last week after looking for a Japanese restaurant for a while. We weren't disappointed. Everything was delicious. Everything was fresh and well presented. We got the all "you can eat " for $26 and it was worth it. The servers were lovely . We will go back. read more

I have been going there since day one when they opened and for the first couple weeks no one really knew about it but now that it's known and there busy the service and servers and the people in the front that seat you are so rude and mean they watch you as you eat to make sure you don't leave a crumb on your table and your waiting forever just for service and when you ask for something they ignore you and I found mold on the veggies in my soup I asked about it they said it's older veggies but still good to eat !!!! read more

Walking into the restaurant, we were treated and seated right away. The menu for lunch consisted of mostly basic items. Our deep fried food was very doughy. My teriyaki salmon was very overcook and crispy. The only good thing we ate was the cheese wontons. We had one water refill but we're never asked if we wanted other drinks (we were wanting a bottle of sake). We will not be back, which is a shame since we live down the street. read more

This all you can eat sushi place is pretty good. The price seems expensive but once you start eating it's worth it. However, the wait for the food is the downfall. If you get sushi, it's pretty quick, anything from the kitchen takes a while. The sushi however was fresh & good, again not the quality i'd expect for $28 a person, but it was acceptable. The server was very kind & attentive & did an excellent job. This place always has great service and food. I enjoy their rolls, potstickers and soup. I get the Crab roll, cucumber roll, crab stick, shrimp (ebi), potstickers, miso soup and a bunch of others. Everything comes out fresh! The Sushi comes out the way you like it - cold and yummy! The potstickers are very hot and crunchy on the outside and nice and soft in the inside. The servers are fantastic and have great attitudes. They fill your drinks when they see your drink is halfway down. I would give them 10 stars if they would let me here at Yelp. Love this place. Worst sushi of my life. Service was great. Food was horrible. I cannot stress this enough, it was the WORST food I have ever had. Not just the worst sushi, literally the worst food. We tried a few different sushi rolls, all were awful. Chicken teriyaki was a joke. It was like rubber. The chicken udon, udon noodles were chewy and over cooked and the broth has absolutely no flavor. The others in my group agreed that all the food was awful. I don't know how this place has such high stars, they must be paying to remove the poor reviews. I'm telling you DO NOT EAT HERE. read more
