After waiting for maybe 11 minutes, I circled around to the self-pickup area and didn't see my salad. The staff immediately came over, apologized, gave me a free drink, and had my salad out in two minutes. It was such a kind and unnecessary gesture, and one I really appreciated. I had the BBQ Salad with chicken which was fantastic. All the elements of the salad were super fresh and flavors were all there. I really want to go back to try the Thai bowl. On my most recent visit, I had the Nashville Hot Chicken "Gilbert Style," which was a first, and wow, did it deliver. The sandwich was huge, delicious, and I ordered it with a side of their garlic parmesan fries, which are to die for. You absolutely MUST try this place if you live in, or are visiting, Gilbert!!!
