Everything feels carefully curated, and it's the kind of place where you can always find something unique that you won't see everywhere else. The store itself is beautifully set up and easy to browse, and they carry a mix of stylish pieces at different price points, which makes it fun to shop whether you're looking for a gift or something for yourself. I especially loved their jewelry and accessory selection. There are so many great statement pieces! What really made the visit stand out was how fun it was to just pop in and look around. It's definitely one of those boutiques where you walk in "just to browse" and end up leaving with something you love. If you're in the area and looking for a stylish boutique with cute, on-trend pieces, I'd definitely recommend stopping by. Make sure to ask for Heather! She's the best!

I don't normally write Yelp reviews, and I want to be very clear that this was not easy to post…read morebecause I genuinely love this store. Alexandrea Collections at 44th & Camelback has always been one of my favorite places to shop. It's within walking distance of my home, the store is lovely, and it's my go-to spot for gifts. The staff has always been friendly, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Before Christmas, my mom and I came in and purchased over ten gifts for family and friends. Unfortunately, one of the necklaces we purchased turned out to be broken. When I returned to the store, my full intention was simply to exchange it. However, before I even explained the situation, I was immediately told that returns were not allowed and that I could only exchange the item or receive store credit. I then showed my receipt and asked a simple question: if a product is damaged or broken at the time of purchase, is the customer still unable to receive a refund? I was told yes. I expressed that I felt this was unfair, especially since the item was sold damaged, and I was told that this was store policy after the owner was contacted. While I did exchange the necklace (and even paid $12 more for a replacement), the situation left me feeling very upset and unheard. I fully understand and respect store policies, and I am not someone who tries to bend rules. That said, I believe customer satisfaction matters, especially when the issue is the result of a damaged product being sold. I truly hate writing this because I love supporting local businesses, but I do feel it's important to share my experience. In situations where the store is responsible for selling damaged merchandise, I believe a full refund should be an option. Sadly, because of how this was handled, I don't feel comfortable shopping here again.

Mary, in particular, went above and beyond to help me with the cause I came in to support. She didn't hesitate, stepped right in, and took control of the situation with confidence and kindness. In my humble opinion, MARY DESERVES A PROMOTION AND A HUGE RAISE. Truly. Adonis also caught my attention immediately ... makeup stood out, and futuristic, robotic-style attire. Iconic. Both were kind, respectful, and attentive. I love KIND humans. Now... moving on. While browsing, I noticed a man dressed in what looked like a heavy duty law enforcement uniform (brown attire, visibly armed). His presence felt very intense almost "above the law" energy. I jokingly told him to smile because life is a blessing, but he looked at me like he was ready to tackle me on aisle five. I even reassured him I don't steal! Just trying to lighten the mood but it wasn't me, that he was focused on. The energy throughout the store shifted when dude came standing in military form. Employees in shoes and fragrances seemed tense, standing in groups and watching closely while standing by the entrance into the mall One gentleman with a beautiful British accent approached me to offer help, but even he seemed nervous. I honestly wondered if I had missed some kind of memo. At that point, I decided it was my cue to wrap things up and head out. I'd absolutely return for perfumes and makeup (shoutout again to Mary and Adonis), but the overall vibe in other areas felt a bit jumpy for my taste. Sending positive energy and prayers that all employees get to go home safely. Retail can be a lot kindness goes a long way.

This was my first time at this location. The associates were very friendly and helpful, and while the products looked very nice and there were a variety of items in the store, the prices were quite high. Looking online in advance, I was surprised to see a nice black t-shirt with writing on it was $100. While the back portion of the store faces Camelback, you cannot enter or exit using a door on that side of the store. You need to enter from the courtyard in the middle of the Biltmore Fashion Park (north side of the store). It is open daily from 10 AM to 8 PM except on Sunday when they are open from 11 AM to 6 PM. In-store services include "Buy Online and Pick up in Store," "Like New," Returns & Exchanges, and Hemming. The store has women's and men's clothes and accessories, bags, and "we made too much" sale items. If you go to https://shop.lululemon.com, you can shop online, locate a store, and learn more about their free membership program (https://shop.lululemon.com/membership). Benefits include free hemming, partner perks, early access to product drops, exchange or credit on sale items, member-only experiences, receipt-free returns, and select Peloton classes. After you spent $500, you bump up to another tier where you now get exclusive access to products and a personal shopper. After spending $1000, you get first access to restocks and complimentary customization. Also, if you sign up for their e-mail list when visiting that website, you can get 15% off your first online order of full-priced items. Finally, it is worth noting that the American Express Platinum card now offers four $75 Lululemon credits (one per quarter), which will certainly get people who do not regularly shop at Lululemon to go into the stores for the first time. That includes me! Though I often see Lululemon items showing up at universities nowadays (though the price is too steep for the college students themselves but maybe not their families and alumni).

Unfortunately, my experience was not great. It was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention despite the store not being busy - I only saw two other shoppers. Instead of getting help with sizing, fit and style, I picked out some jeans by myself, tried them on, and purchased them. Unfortunately after trying on again at home, I decided to return everything I purchased. I feel like I could have picked something better with some guidance from the sales staff. Customer service was sparse, but my interactions with the employees were pleasant overall. The women were kind when I checked out, and on my second visit, it was easy to return the items. My advice to Madewell is to focus more on customer service. If I originally had help picking out the right jeans for my body, I would have ended up keeping them and the company would have made $300 instead of $0.
