    I placed an online order for 3 pairs of Christmas earrings that were showing in stock and requested…read morepick-up for all 3 items (I needed these for several holiday parties/outfits that evening and this weekend). When I went to pick-up, they only fulfilled 2 pairs of the earrings. I asked why the 3rd pair was missing and the associate working in the pick up area said it's probably out of stock. I told her it was still showing in stock at their store and I was not notified that it was not in stock. I walked over to the Christmas earrings where the other two styles that were included in my pick-up order and there were 5 pairs of the earrings that they excluded. I ended up going to the checkout line and pulled up my app/order and asked the associate if she could release the fulfillment pending order and this should show it was fulfilled within the store/I picked up and charge my credit card that I placed the order or cancel the fulfillment pending and I can pay now. She told me she cannot do either and that they are going to ship the earrings to me. I told her I need them now for parties that is why I chose to pick up in person, She told me I'm going to have to call kohls.com and see if they can cancel the order. I asked her why did they do this when they were in stock on the shelf and imspecificsllynrequested to pick-up and she said well sometimes if they think it's a popular item and there are 1-5 left, they will leave on the shelf for the customers coming in the store, not customers ordering for pick-up ... WTH??? I do not recommend that you ever do a pick-up order at this store as this store as the sales associates are not trained or make any effort to provide assistance or find out the correct answers ... go into the store and find it yourself. I called Kohls.com and they said that they can only cancel orders in less than 10 minutes from when order was placed because AI automatically puts it in fulfillment status and once it's in that status, they cannot do anything and if I want to send back, I will have to pay the ship back cost. So the local Kohls store did not follow the customer order request, they did what they wanted to do and now I have to use my time/gas to go back to the store to return? By the way, it's prime Christmas shopping time and they only had one associate working the register at 5pm ... line was so long and I waited in line over 20 minutes because this issue could not go through the self checkout. I also went to the Sephora area when I was there and asked for assistance with a lip gloss I could not find and the girl acted like I was asking her to do the impossible. She said, if you don't see it we probably don't have it. I asked her if she could check the drawer where the brand/products were displayed and she gave me attitude because I asked her to look. I explained to her that I did not want to have to go to another location if they had it in stock because I have a party to go to soon. She then told me to go up the street to the stand alone Sephora store. I did go to the stand alone Sephora store and was immediately greeted when I walked in the door, asked if they could help and they found exactly what I needed. I told her that Kohl's associate sent me because she did not want to help me and the associate at the Sephora store told me that that is not the first time she's heard this and wonders why the Sephora still exists in Kohls ... my thoughts exactly. It's the lack of training of Kohls associates because the associates at the Sephora store are nice, knowledgeable and helpful.

    Huge disappointment all around. SO went into the store shopping for jeans for brother. After…read moresearching the entire store they don't have have 2 pair of his size. In order to take advantage of the sale she got one pair of the wrong size so they could be exchanged a couple weeks later when they received a new shipment. She went to the line and cashed out with the lady with the gray sweater chased out the SO. The SO explained they didn't have the correct size, so the cashier with the gray sweater offered a gift receipt to exchange the pants later. The cashier refolded the jeans and bagged them. Once the transaction was complete the SO and I begin to walk out. The alarm went off as we begin to exit the store. The associate failed to remove security tag on the jeans she just folded. The SO handed me the receipt to go have the cashier remove the tag. I went back to the same cashier the just checked us out and was told I needed to get in line and chided me for trying to skip. I get in line and wait to again to get waited on. While in line a man with a hat on with a sticker on the bill takes over the cashier station. I thought it was a cash pickup but he kept just playing with the register while the cashier waited. The SO who was waiting on me outside was texting calling me wondering what was taking so long all the while the associate extended the wait just because they could. The line backed up more. Finally the cashier went to a work station caddy corner to the one she was working. Finally the line starts moving again. I finally get waited on by the lady with the braids. I explain my SO just purchased these the moment before and needed the tags off. I also provided the receipt as proof of purchase. I was informed that she could not do that and said I had to see the lady in the gray sweater. The same lady who waited on my SO and left the tags on and told me to go get in line to be helped to get the things removed. So I have to wait for the lady on the gray sweater to finish with her customer. Now I finally have her attention and explain that my SO had just purchased these from her and she had folded them but did not remove the security tag. I asked her if she could please remove the tag and produced the receipt. She finally did. I asked if she was the only one allowed to remove tags since I had to be directed to her to remove the tag. I was informed they the other associate "probably misunderstood my request." I asked to speak with her supervisor 2x to explain my frustration and was promptly ignored. Finally I gave up and just left the store. Long story short is to avoid this place like the plague!!! I ex

As I am very tall I was…read moreVERY surprised to them having my actual size and was excited and ready to buy after trying them on, they even had higher sizes so that even if my natural size didn't fit I could go higher! Awesome! It was 7:34 and not a literal SOLE in the store besides me my wife and 2 employees I grabbed the pairs and went and asked "can i try these on".. Sale done as soon as I can try them on . The manager JES a brunette looks over and says "our fitting rooms are locked for the night"... like she didn't have the key on her hip as we speak... So I'm like wow that's weird nearly 30 minutes left for you to work and you've chosen to not fulfill part of your job because you wana go home early so you can walk your fish. VERY DISAPPOINTING. So I was like wow ok that's weird , as I'm walking out I literally see a girl walking out of a fitting room... so I turn around and ask a red head employee who wore glasses who was kind of un aware of the store because she did 3 full circles in the store before she found me ANY PAIR of 501 shorts in a 40 waist , I ask.. is that your manager ? She says oh yea it is, I reply what's her name? She goes silent and says over her headset, "HEY , can YOU come out here". Like she was trying to keep it a secret from me lol. Anyone that has worked retail or anywhere with a communication device knows nobody gives a direct order over a headset they say hey John can you hop out here for a sec... My wife says it's honestly not that serious we don't need her we would just love to know her name for her awesome service. She says oh Jess under her breath -___- ........ So I'm writing this review in hopes that somebody higher than Jes knows that she cost you about $250+ dollars because she was in a hurry to leave the store.. as a 30 year old man never have I had a pair of Levi's jeans and never have I heard of a fitting room closing EARLY. Guess I'll never have a pair and I doubt I will ever be told the fitting rooms closed early again . SIDE NOTE AND KICKER! When I asked JESS for the fitting room she said they are closed early for the night and that I could buy them and return them whenever I want? I live 40 minutes away from this store and will never come here again how stupid and ridiculous do I feel even typing this ridiculous interaction. DO BETTER .

    My latest thing has become Boot Barn. Not just one location because the stock seems to vary…read moregreatly between stores. This is the newest location. Wide, open space with product nicely displayed. SADLY, they seem to lack product. Such a huge selection of women's clothes at the Mesa location but it's crammed into their limited space. Here it is quite the opposite. Very few items to choose from but so much space where it can easily be displayed. Store is new and because of this it's clean, open, organized. Boots nicely displayed in good size aisles with sufficient lighting. Hats well displayed so various sizes, colors, and styles are easy to access. Unfortunately there were no ladies fashion style cowboy hats. Prices competitive. And added bonus, you can shop online, order items and pick up here or at one of the other Valley locations. So if a particular item can't be found here, you're likely to find it online. That includes sale items. Pretty good dealeo.

    I had a frustrating experience at the Chandler Boot Barn. I went in to have the shaft of my boot…read morestretched, but the manager also marked the width, even though I only needed the shaft. When I asked why, she spoke to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about and then she said, and I quote "I would know I've been doing this longer than you." I ended up checking with another Boot Barn location to confirm what 'width' meant (they confirmed I was indeed correct), and then went back five minutes later. Unfortunately, when I returned to pick up my boots, I had to deal with a whole guilt trip that I was picking up my boots early and that they were gonna do exactly what I wanted. I would like to preface that I did not tell them that I didn't believe them I just simply said that a friend of mine was going to do it for me that was closer to me. Overall, definitely not the best experience, and I hope they can improve. I will say that every other employee that was not "PJ" ,their general manager, has been amazing and helpful And that is the reason I'm still giving it three stars.
