On our little shopping trip Coach was our last stop & to our surprise they were closing shortly after we entered yet we weren't rushed! My husband was in need for some all white sneakers & when I say he is picky I mean it, so being that he loves Coach shoes we had to see if they had what he was looking for! The salesgirl was very pleasant & so helpful even though they were closing shortly after we arrived, my husband decided on two styles to try on. Thankfully the style that he preferred was the shoe that had his size & as he likes to say... it was meant to be, therefore must be bought!! Well my husband was leaving with a pair of shoes, therefore I had to find something for myself... sorry girls, now I was really thinking what did I want? I wasn't interested in a purse so I went for a wrap, I love wraps...I have to own a variety of wraps! I chose a wool/silk blend wrap, brown with the signature that they're known for! The wrap is a nice light weight with a nice sheen to it where you can see the signature in the fabric... love it! For coming into this store 30 minutes before closing we still received great service, thankfully because that can definitely make or break a sale! Then the next day I was completely blown away because I opened up my email & found that one of the Coach store associates, Ciselly wrote me to thank me for our visit to their store! I've never received such an email ever from Coach & I used to shop @ the main Coach @ The Falls in Miami not the outlet! To me that speaks volumes on this particular store as a whole & how we were treated from the moment we entered until we checked out, then to get an email from Ciselly.... this location will definitely see us again!! read more

My sister in law came in 2-3 weeks ago and bought about 1k worth here. Today I came back and was harassed and treated very poorly. Written by my wife - I purchased a purse from this Coach location but was having a difficult time making a final decision if I was going to cut the tags off the purse and use it or if I should simply return it. I went into the store on a previous date to speak with a manager so I could ask a few questions regarding the purse to help me make my decision. She wasn't very nice or helpful. I thought about things and went into that store one final time after I thought I had made up my mind. I was so very thankful for the manager (Amy) that was in that day because she was extremely nice and helpful! She took time answering my questions and was extremely helpful! Let me start by saying that I am a HUGE Coach fan! It's a wonderful brand with great quality products. This particular store is part of an outlet mall and typically has a pretty nice sale. Now, before Christmas, everything except for perfume is 70% off and some things, like Totes, are an additional 25% off after the 70%. That's good stuff! Once or twice a year I will always come to the Phoenix outlets to shop primarily at Coach and Michael Kors. After window shopping at Michael Kors I found a few things I liked but wanted to look at Coach to see if there was anything better. During my visit, I brought my infant son with me so I had a stroller. As soon as I walked in with my husband we were greeted with a very shaded hello. We were walking around looking at a few things comparing to the stuff that we found at MK and multiple employees were in the vicinity of us and just staring but not ONE asked if we needed help. It was extremely uncomfortable and almost felt like they were thinking we were going to steal. I never really had that issue before at this specific store. I told my husband and he was definitely getting the same vibes so we left and went back to MK to make our purchase there. I love coach products so I still may consider shopping at possibly a different location but NO customer should have to feel like a thief when wanting to make a purchase. read more

Went to Coach outlet looking for a specific type of clutch in mind, was looking for a small over the shoulder clutch that could hold a small wallet/passport traveling papers, that wouldn't take up much room and can have under a jacket, unfortunately I did not find what I was looking for this time. What I can say, I walked in at 6:50pm and the store was set to close at 7pm, they did lock the doors, but not one customer clerk gave me the feeling that I should rush my shopping trip, my questions were answered and was given time to browse around. BEWARE..... I did some research after making a purchase at this outlet mall. The "original" outlet price is $20 higher than the Coach website original price. Even with the advertised 70% off it appears to be a "good deal". However, the increase in price, to offset the sale price, is manipulative and misleading. I, also, purchased wristlets that have a stamped on logo as opposed to their typical raised insignia, selling for $48, cannot be located anywhere on the Coach website which appears to me they are "knock off's". read more

I had the pleasure of having Anna help me today and a week ago when I was in the store. She was exceptionally kind, warm, welcoming, helpful and professional! She even offered me 10% off because it was my birthday month - so thoughtful of her to even ask. The store has a beautiful layout and displays and it seems that a lot is half off or more. Several staff members greeted me and checked in on me to see if I needed help. Everyone seemed really nice. The last two times I was here were both pretty busy, but less so today in the afternoon. While I was checking out with Anna, I noticed a customer who seemed to be angrily raising his voice at the cashier and then at the manager. I don't know exactly what it was about but he was being very rude, menacing and loud, meanwhile the staff remained professional in this stressful situation. These days there seem to be more incidents where people become angry and rude to each other, and as a bystander I wanted to let Coach know that I was relieved to see the staff stay calm and hope this didn't rattle them too much. I could see they were trying very hard to remain professional. I really appreciated my experience, especially with great service from Anna!!! read more

This location used to have great customer service. Now they seem to pick and chose which customers they will greet and tell current sales to, and which customers they will offer assistance to. I've made eye contact with employees who didn't offer a hello, much less a smile. Stood right next to employees looking for items in the wallet/wristlet wall and still wasn't spoken to at all. I think these employees are paid commission, because cashiers ask if anyone has helped you. If they are paid commission or if their sales are just monitored one would think it would COUNTERPRODUCTIVE to not speak to every customer in their store, even if it's a simple hello. This has happened to me enough times that I decided I'd no longer shop at this location. read more

Prices are impossible to beat, especially with the deals they run to entice you to buy more. Sales people are a bit pushy sometimes, but not unbearable. I become disenchanted with the coach outet store when I saw lines wrapping around the perimeter of the store, just to get inside. (a guy in line told me he had been waiting 30+ mins) When I saw people buying mass coach bag quantities, it gave me a sense of unfairness, to the gals like myself who were just hoping to get a good deal on ONE bag. I suppose the specialness of the whole experience was just lost for me, as I was pushed aside by purse-hungry folks with armfuls and bagfulls of bags and rude attitudes. I am a purse freak! I love finding the cutest and nicest purses, so naturally, I wanted a Coach purse. I bought my first purse in July! Yay! Go me! I had it for about 3 months and it started ripping. I was upset but had read about their lifetime guarantee and repair service. I brought it back to the Coach store I purchased it at and paid the $20 shipping fee. It took about a month to hear back but when I did, I was so shocked! I had purchased my purse for $80 because it was in clearance and it was a 50% off day. When I got a letter from Coach, inside it said, "We are sorry that your purse did not meet the expectations of Coach. Enclosed is a merchandise credit for the value of the purse." It was a credit of $287!! I had to do a double take because I thought for sure that wasn't right. I paid 80 and got 287? Needless to say, it was correct. I had the option of getting my old purse back in lieu of the credit but why would I? I went back to Coach and bought a nicer purse, travel bag and money left over. I guess the saying, you never know unless you try, was the moral of this story! The purse I have now is wonderful and the staff was very helpful. read more

I had a Christmas return with a gift receipt today. The store is beautiful. I looked around for about 30 minutes and could not find anything I liked. I'm really not a name brand/insignia person, but prefer quality which I find at many other stores for one tenth of these prices. Still I was determined to find something. No luck. My cashier was excellent, friendly and helpful although it was her responsibility to tell me that for a gift receipt only store credit was allowed, not even a credit to the gift giver's credit card. This substandard return policy is cause for concern and a good reason not to purchase here. The only positive beyond the helpful cashier was that the gift card never expires. The manager had less authority than the cashier. He didn't know how to check on amount due from the gift receipt without assistance, and could offer no compromise to wow the customer, get them to return, nor encourage them to recommend the store. Very poor to non-existent customer service. After Christmas discounts were less than same products at Macy's. I would not recommend this shop; buyer beware! read more

I wandered in here one day while I was out at the outlets and I was pretty surprised by the selection offered here! I ended up treating my mom to a purse and a wallet and then opted to get a cute pair of flats and a bomber jacket for myself. Gone are the days you could go into a Coach outlet and find last season's purses you've had your eye on for months. They are definitely making styles that they only sell in the outlets and certain department stores now.You may have to dig through a lot of tacky looking purses to get to something great. While you may find something trendy, you'll end up paying more than what you would have a few years ago. The ironic bit of that is they still do have great sales, but you're getting a discount on a full priced purse. We did have some great finds this trip, and the majority of the staff is super helpful and hilarious. Unfortunately we ended up with a cashier who obviously wished she was still retired. She couldn't answer any of our questions and practically made stuff up when we asked how to clean a certain bag. The manager and head cashier were even standing right there discussing new hire training as the woman struggled to help us. Also, we were buying the bag as a gift and when we asked if it could be wrapped, she just shoved the box into the shopping bag and told us we could do it ourselves. Classy. Most coach stores will wrap up your purchase even if you are buying for yourself. Too much to ask from an outlet I suppose. Next time I need my Coach Outlet fix I'll just wait for a trip through Palm Springs. read more

After calling three different stores in search of a specific bag (I even had the style number, color code and SKU so that's as specific as you can get), I finally spoke with someone who could help me. Kali was very professional and nice (in contrast with some of the people I spoke with at other locations) and helped me locate the item I wanted. She found it at another store and helped me order it! Not a fan of Coach myself, however I was shopping for my sister who does like Coach bags. Christmas Eve I went to Coach Outlet, looking for a last minute Christmas gift for her. My hair had fallen and I was wearing a sweater that I wrapped around me because it was cold. I didn't look up to par I suppose lol First complaint, I walked by a over heard a guy describe me over their headsets. Second complaint, the sales people kept following and hovering over me as if I was going to steal something. WTH! It was really annoying and even noticeable by my daughter who was browsing at a different section of the store. Thankfully I finally found something that I thought she would like. I went to purchase. The cashier was rude. After I paid, she didn't ask if I needed a gift box. Everyone else that was purchase was receiving pleasant service and even cashiers placing their bag in an additional bag or box because it was raining. I had to ask for a box however, she gave me a box that I had to put it together myself, before I left the store. She didn't even say thank you...... I am not a coach fan, I would've loved to go right across to Michael Kors for my sister on Christmas Eve 2016... I really normally enjoy coming into this store, but today, I was not greeted by anyone. There was a lady at the front with auburn hair and a black shirt and I noticed she helped everyone except me. I had to walk up to her after she made eye contact with me and chose to ask other customers if they needed help. I have a feeling it's because I was wearing yoga pants, flip flops, and a Hurley shirt. I am sure I didn't "look the part" for her. Which I find hilarious...as I was prepared to pick up several items for my wedding. All the other employees in the store were fabulous. Great store with a huge selection but you have to really watch it to make sure you are getting a good deal. The price tags with the "original" prices don't seem to be on the level. My recommendation is to shop the real store or online to get an idea of how much you'll pay for what you want and then go to the outlet and compare to similar item to see if you can get it cheaper (and watch out for the high pressure upsell). You won't find the exact same merchandise but I was surprised to see the latest colors and prints there... I had been expecting it to be all last seasons stuff. Unfortunately this leads me to believe that a lot of what they sell there must be made specifically for the outlet. I guess time will tell if its the same quality or not. read more

Poor, poor quality. I happened to be here the weekend the Coach outlet was selling their Snoopy handbags. We are huge Snoopy fans, therefore my husband purchased one for my upcoming birthday. I was informed these bags were made only for the outlets. I haven't purchased a Coach brand handbag in years, and I don't think I've ever made a purchase from the outlet, but these were too cute to pass up. I love the bag, but the quality is abysmal. I've used it part-time (as I'm using a diaper bag too) for about a month and the black striping around the leather is peeling off. Even if these were made for the outlet, it is awful quality.
