I'm going through a hard time with death of close family members and wanted the 250th flannel that sold out in hours the day it came out bought one for my recently deceased grandson for his memorial I made for him but I wanted a matching one but like I said gone quickly. Dixon use to very quick with there shipping usually next day. But since they started there 4.95 next day charge to ship. Which l think is BS! Now the orders seem to take 2 or 3 days or more to process. Was the last straw for me! read more

Having a husband who is taller and bigger than most, I'm lucky we found a local brand that always something he likes in his size. My one and only complaint is that I wish the women's T-shirts weren't mostly crop tops! Not all females want their bellies showing. Being a Dixxon Flannel fan through mail order only, when I heard they had a physical store here I had to go. We were already in the area and stopped by and I'm glad we did. They had some awesome deals going on due to the holiday and was able to score some new things at a cheaper than usual price. The store was clean and well organized and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative/thing I would change would be the price marking. Some things required asking for help for a price whie others had multiple signs with the price. They had a really big selection of the items from the site/app, and owuld have like to seen a few in-store exclusives but I don't see that as a negative. It was overall a great experience. read more

I've purchased over 70 Dixxon shirts and Love them, but their customer service SUCKS. Twice in the past few months, I have ordered 4XL shirts and I received XS shirts instead. I let the 1st one slide and gave the shirt to my wife. This time I called customer service. I also asked why I had a 1000 reward points disappear when I never used them. His response was, " You must have clicked on the reward and there is nothing we can do whether you used the points or not. Then all he offered was a gift card or for me to return the XS shirt for a refund because they no longer have that shirt in my size or anything at the same price. Needless to say, as much as I have loved their products, I won't spend another dime with them. Do better Dixxon. read more

I was in town for a funeral. A family tragedy. To get away from the week I was having. I went to the store to buy a shirt. When we walked in there was a TV crew interviewing a guy later to find out it was the owner. I asked for a picture to send a buddy and talked about business. Man it made my day a little better. He told his staff to give me a private tour. Danny could have told me to kick rocks but he took his time to talk to me. Danny if you see this thank you. I had an issue with an order, during a sale, not being processed. That was my issue and not the fault of the Company. When I realized the failed order the next day the sale was over. I thought I'd send an email to inquire if they'd be able to help me out. I even had an email from them showing the items in "my cart" at the sales price that I provided to service reps. A simple "No" and I'd have been fine. I received no response for over 1 week. Then I got an automated response along the lines of "We can't change an order once it's been placed." I sent a second email stating they hadn't addressed my original issue. 2 days passed and I finally got a real response but it didn't address my original issue either. This was my first experience with this company. I could have been a loyal customer but bad customer service hurts a business. I did end up getting a flannel and I like the overall fit and style but way overpriced. read more

I'm a bit newer to Dixxon flannels and clothing, but they are my favorite flannels to date. I've tried Vans, Kuhl, Columbia/Praana, Carhartt, 5.11 and many others and while a couple of those have done it for me, none of them have fit as well, been as comfortable, haven't wrinkled, haven't shrank, etc. quite like my Dixxon's. There's really not many things I don't like about Dixxon other than that they're made in China, but I can live with that considering how much stuff comes from China these days. I have seven Dixxon flannels and 3 of their bamboo button downs with two more on the way. The thing I like most about the shirts themselves is how well they seem to be made, the quality of the snaps, the small features they incorporate into them and how well they fit my tall torso body. I am 6'3" at 250 pounds and wear the 2XL although I also have a couple that are 2XL(tall). Both the regular length and the tall ones fit me well and both afford some comfortable room and aren't too tight but also aren't super baggy on me. I can wear these for 10-12 hours a day comfortably. Best thing you can do to keep them in good shape is to wash on cold and hang to dry just as the directions state. Lastly, before I bought my bamboo button down shirts, I did email with some questions to which I received a very prompt response from Cody addressing my questions. Are they the best flannels available ever? Probably not. Are they the cheapest? No way. That said, I am beyond satisfied with the product, the service and shipping has been top notch and I like how many different color options are available and really appreciate the consistency of the sizing. Great quality flannels. They run a little long for me. I normally wear a large however the medium fits perfect here. They are definately worth the price and you can get sales online. The selection is limited release and the rotation seems endless. I have several short sleeve and long sleeve. Bought a big, comfy blanket. I keep coming back. I will never buy a gift from this place again! Purchased two flannels one was a very different material than expected and the other was just not liked so I sent it back for return. I understood the return policy and had no problem paying the shipment to return but why does my return have to be approved even before sending it and how mathematically do you figure that a purchase of $99.99 before taxes minus a discount of $10.36 only add up to a return of $65.12 Anytime you return an item you get the taxes back as well $7.22 but I didn't even get my full amount before taxes back $89.98. Who is justifying these amounts. You got shipping both ways $23.90 and still shorted me more than $24 of my own money owed. read more

I was flying out of Phoenix airport and I took a detour to go to the showroom but before that I called looking for a pair of shorts. I spoke with Sam and she said they had them in stock the color and size I was looking for. Guess what when I got there they didn't have them at all. The young lady that helped me looked in 3 different places she said . What is the point of calling ahead. My guess is Sam didn't look and just said they had them so much for customer service. If I could give this company a 0/5 stars I would!! I e-mailed them for assistance with combining 2 orders that hadn't shipped yet so I wouldn't have to pay double shipping and handling (that was my fault). All I got back was a generic automatic response saying they can't do anything once an order is placed. I then received the wrong item in one of the orders! As for the actual product, the shirts are very thin and the sleeves are wide so the fit is less than desired. I was let down by the quality of the fabric. I called Customer Service for assistance since I knew e-mailing would get me nowhere. The Customer Service line is just an answering machine which I left a message on. The outgoing message states they will get back to you in 48 hours. It has been a week with no call back! I went to check on the return policy and I would have to pay $9.99 to return a shirt that I did not order. What a scam. I will never order from this company again and I warn others to be careful! read more

Found a soft summer weight plaid at a Harley dealership years ago. Very comfy, washed well. Searched Dixon out online and grabbed a flannel shirt. Loved it. Years later, through pitches and gifts- I can wear a different Dixon every day no matter how hot or cold. I've had a couple that were made wrong, and Dixon quickly corrected the issue. I get compliments on them all the time. I had business in Scottsdale At and found the mothership in Tempe. I went and really enjoyed the art and design of the store. I've now gifted my grandson a flannel, and he rocks it. My friends enjoy the brand now as well. The pockets have a pen slot on lost of them- helpful at work- and the sleeves are long enough for my long arms. No other flannel does that for me. Style runs are limited in quantity and size- if you see what you like online, buy it before it's unavailable. You will like it. If you don't- send it to me! read more

Extremely disappointed in Dixxon. I've been spending lots of money with them and have been mostly happy until recently when The stitching on the left pocket of my suicidal tendency shirt came apart after one wash. reached out to customer service and didn't get a response very quick when finally was able to get a hold of somebody was told that if they still had it in stock they could send me another. The problem is the shirt is completely sold out At least that's what it says online. Obviously this was upsetting because that seems as if there is no recourse for me. So reached out to Dan Dreyer The owner of Dixxon, and he just pointed blame at me for not knowing that even though they claim everything is limited run that they actually keep a bunch in stock even once they sell out so that they can replace them etc. No apologies. No thanks for your business. Nothing. Just an attitude and definitely not an attitude that makes me want to keep giving him my hard earned money. The kicker is that they charge you shipping all the time and to even send it back for an exchange have to pay to ship their defective shirt back to them. I really loved Dixxon up until this point. But the crappy Customer service that doesn't explain that they can exchange it but instead makes it seem like they cannot and then the way Dan handled things and blew me off just rubs me the wrong way and shows that he doesn't care about his customers. It's just about getting your money and that really sucks. If they actually cared about customer service and treating customers right and making things right, I Would still be a loyal customer, but just canceled all of my current orders. Buyer beware. I'm visiting from out of town, while driving by I was curious about this company I Parked and walked in, super cool and really liked the apparel. I was talking to a store employee and he was great. I googled and read this is American made and the employee confirmed. So I pulled a few women's items and a couple items for me. I decided to check the hidden and very very small print tags. EVERY ITEM I HAD WAS MADE IN CHINA. Sorry it matters to me I love supporting small business and I will pay a premium if it's made here. I like the company. My boyfriend and I have purchased from here many times. This is the first time I'm returning something. the flannel itself was $49 and with shipping, in total I spent 58 dollars. Now, for the return I'm spending $10. IMO, a company that clearly has a good amount of customers should not charge people to return the item. $9 dollars for shipping and $10 to return. $19 dollars is a bit much in shipping costs especially since my order came late. They told me that I have to wait until USPS gets possession of my package, then I have to file a redirection of the package from USPS, and PAY my money to change it that way!! WTF?! Really? I've had many great experiences with Dixxon. Unfortunately I have also had some bad ones. The product is fantastic. Sales people in-store are great. The customer service online is lacking. Three times now I have ordered a product only to be told it was lost and/or out of stock. The customer service team is unapologetic. I guess they think they make a product for people with an attitude so they are allowed one as well? Their website also objectifies women and caters to men, which has just plain gotten old. Purchased 3 shirts. Two where defective. On one, the pocket button hole was not stitched allowing it start shredding. This was found while removing the tag before I wore it. The other shirt was in sunglasses holder pocket. Again defect found before wearing out of the bag. Returned both. Although shirts do looks good, the poly-cotton fabric and quality is way under par for these prices. It's really all marketing hype. Good marketing and partnering with Celebrities names or images does more for pushing and selling of a product. Do you look closely at your garment. You might see quality issues. For me 2 out of 2 is terrible and dies match up with company's quality philosophy. read more
