WOW! That's all I can say. I called Amy about a month ago about a front bumper, she was very helpful and we set an appointment. I told her I was coming from Sacramento, Ca and I was coming down Friday. I got there around 6:15pm that day and dropped off the truck to Jeremy. Update: So about 3-4 months after my initial review I feel as tho I've been duped. It's a little odd that an off-road shop doesn't have the ability to remove wheels without scratching the bronze finish off them to do a BMC. They ended up having to replace my front wheel TWICE. But no biggie, they replaced them. Still, a little weird tho. I was interested in purchasing Rock sliders and a front bumper for my 4Runner, so I asked them if they could do the install after i got them in. They said they could, but why not wait for their products to be released? They explained that they've been in the process of making both sliders and bumpers for my rig, and because of the inconvenience of having to come back multiple times for the BMC and having to replace my wheels that they damaged twice, they promised that they'd hook me up with a really good price, as I'd also be one of the first ones to receive their new products. So far at this point I was super excited to give them a try so I genuinely passed up 2 realllllly good deals from somewhere else on both the sliders and the bumper. I was told in a few weeks, when the bumpers are in, I'll be receiving a call. No call. I called and spoke to a few different people, and was told that any day now, the new specs of the bumpers would be coming in and that they'd be ready in a couple weeks or so. That was about 3.5 months ago. So not only did I pass up a significant deal on both my sliders and bumpers, I was willing to be one of the first test runs on the new bumpers and sliders Saints Offroad was designing, as I really liked how genuine they seemed to be. Instead, I got dicked on a great deal on both the bumper and sliders, because I believed Saints Offroad's/Amy's lies. Am I annoyed that a one time BMC visit ended up having to be 4 visits? Maybe a little, but I was super understanding that mistakes happen. Amy, one of the owners, likes to say that she'll call you back repeatedly but never seems to do so. She's told me that, maybe 5-6 times, but never really called me back when she said she would. I had to call the place back and even went to far as to let the other people know that Amy has said that she's gonna call someone back, then does not do so even days/weeks later. I ended up feeling like I was chasing Saints Offroad to give them my business, when they were the ones who convinced me to pass up on the bumper and sliders I was literally about to buy. Not a great way to treat your customers, guys. Maybe I was too nice and too forgiving about the little mistakes along the way, and ended up being taken for a ride, but I won't make that mistake again. -------------------------------------------- I'm currently sitting here in their waiting room and I can honestly say this place is fantastic. The owner, Ronnie, what a stand up guy. Can't say enough about the honest way he runs this place. Jesse, also a heck of a stand up guy. Really cares about your needs. Ivan, stand up guy. Great sense of humor. Has the sick ass Tacoma in the front with the stage 6 Icon, so he knows Toyota. Feel comfortable talking to him about all your needs. Amy. Likes to rush you off the phone and tell you that she'll call you back with either an estimate or the info you were seeking. News Flash, she won't. Daniel did a heck of a job on my BMC, and you can tell he'll be one of the lead techs there in a few years. The guy cares and took the time to really figure out what I wanted to do and the look I wanted. And he delivered. No Mickey Mouse jobs are done here, and you can tell. I'll be returning here for EVERYTHING related to my 4Runner, henceforth. Not only that, they have values that I respect with wholesome Christian music playing in the shop, and a Bible up front. I originally contacted Saints off-road in August 2023 to lift my 2010 F150's front end more and put a rear lift block. We originally planned to install a spacer lift on my rough country struts but went back to ordering my own coilovers with another shop. Even tho I did not come here first, I returned today, September 2023, to adjust my coilovers and do a professional alignment.
