I've been a returning Tucker Tire customer since the 1990s; it is no longer the trustworthy and reliable co. of the past (sold out to large corp.; majority of the Tucker family had retired). 1st visit: I brought in 4 brand new tires (ordered online) to be installed on our 20 yr. old Toyota family vehicle. Salesman Steve indicated that my TPMS sensors (8 yrs. old) need to be replaced at $45 each (including the full size spare). I said I'll order new ones myself, and Scott quoted me $140 for installation and balance of 5 tires, 5 new TPMS sensors (ordered my own), and relearn the new sensors which was acceptable. 2nd visit: Tucker installed the 4 road tires and TPMS but wouldn't install the new TPMS on the OEM (20 yrs. old) barely used (tire covered) spare with nearly full treads due to liability concerns. They quoted me $143 on a new off brand tire but I decided to order my own tire. 3rd visit: new Spare tire and TPMS installed and Jeff (?) told me sensors all set to go. I started my vehicle and the TPMS warning light was still on. I informed the worker at the cashier's counter and he immediately went to reset/relearn all 5 new TPMS (2 attempts but he completed it). Each visit was 1-2 hrs. wait which didn't bother me because I have days off but what's disturbing was the lack of honoring upfront price quotes, inability to inform the need to replace functional, old spare, attempts to sell overpriced new TPMS sensors and spare tire, and deliberate attempt to skip resetting/relearning the new sensors and assuring me they were all set. BEWARE: get written price quotes up front, keep your invoice, and make sure the TPMS warning light is off before leaving! read more

I really needed new tires after finding out late that my tires are very worn out! In the morning, I called in right around 8am and Scott picked up and helped me out. He gave me a few options on new tires and I had a lot of questions because honestly, I'm new to getting new tires. I've always gotten used tires because all my previous cars were also used cars. Scott definitely answered all my questions and it was easy to make a decision. I chose the medium priced options because I feel comfortable with the quality. After paying, I drove to the service area around the front of the street. It was easy to pull up and find my way tot he waiting area. It took around an hour and a half and everything was done! It was also quick to get my car and leave, and too quick. The person who said everything was ready popped in and left. I didn't get to take a good look who it was as well. It's a little out of the way but it's my spot for anything tires. Closed on the weekends walk ins only. Drive through the back on front street next to the pet hospital. I was losing air on my back left tire, even with the rain and some soapy water I couldn't figure out what was going on. I came in explaining the situation and they technician said it's probably a nail, just about the last 3 people came in for flat tires because of nails. They said it's really common during rainy days. I been to Tucker Tire for like 3-4 times now mostly for new tires with the most recent visit being yesterday (Wednesday) Turns I had rolled over a rather large nail on that was causing my right rear tire not to hold its pressure. The nail was on the inner edge of the tire so I didn't see it initially. And given the location of the nail it was not patchable. So new tire it was. Service and staff were friendly like my previous visit. I like Tucker Tire for friendly staff from the sales people to the service mechanics. And the selection of tires they carry and the prices they offer. Attach is what nail in my bad tire end up looking. This review is for my service last year, November 2024. I had a nail stuck in my back right tire and first tried to call Fletcher Jones in Ontario to get it checked out. They told me the tire had to be fully replaced and tried to quote me $300-$500 for it. I kept asking Fletcher Jones' service department if they could just patch the tire, and they repeatedly said no. I ended up going to Tucker Tire because my late father always went here, and so does my brother. I'm really glad I did. You do have to wait in line (in your vehicle) for service (first come, first serve), so I was there for around two hours total -- waiting to get checked in/consultation and then waiting in their waiting area -- but it was worth it. The staff was super kind, compassionate, and straightforward. It can be intimidating as a woman to get serviced for things like this. But at Tucker, they took a look, patched the tire, and charged me a flat $25. That's it. No upselling, no scare tactics, nothing unnecessary. Honestly, thank God for places like this. A very dear friend kept telling me how much liked doing business at Tucker Tire. When it was time to replace the tires on my 2003 Ford Expedition I decided it was time to give Tucker Tire a try. I was not disappointed. Unlike Costco where I have purchased tires for the last few decades where I had a choice of one brand if tires for my larfe SUV, I was given 4 options and an explanation of the features/benefit of each choice. Did I want the smoothest ride or best mileage from the tires? I always have figured I have very few squre inches of tire keeping me on the road or having St. Peter greeting me at the gates. I had Tucker Tire mount and balance some new tires I purchased online and the overall experience was GREAT!!!!! It took awhile for it to get them done, but I didn't mind. Their technicians did a great job and left very satisfied! The tires are performing as they should! A 2 days later I came back to Tucker Tire for an alignment but this time I had a appointment. My truck was done within 45mins! Again awesome work! My truck drove straight and no type of vibration whatsoever! Pricing is very good! The website that I bought the tires from recommended several shops in my area to get the tires installed. All of them were around $200 - $230 for mounting and balancing.
