First time dining here with friends to celebrate Friendsgiving. We reserved a table for four and the hostess was very courteous. Our server, Brooke, was awesome! She had a friendly attitude and made great recommendations on what we should order. Everything was delicious! The meatball appetizer was delicious! The Saint Blaise chowder was wonderful and the bread pudding was divine. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to go back to try the brunch menu!

This meal was truly spectacular and worth the splurge. Traveling alone, I felt welcomed by the bartender. I was very pleased with my meal, especially the perfect spiciness, which was just right. The steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well, beautifully complementing the sauce. So happy someone recommended this place!

Dinner | $30-50 I went in and immediately was greeted at the front by "Aaliyah" She was super bubbly and inviting. We sat inside and it was nice, cool, and lively. Our server Aubrianna greeted us instantly. She gave us amazing drink and starter recommendations. I got the same place and let me tell you, BEST drink I've ever had. Fresh cucumber juice mixed with Aloe Vera Liquor creates heaven in a drink. I should've taken a picture of my entree, the smash burger. It was the tastiest and juiciest burger I've had in midland in a while! I was told to come back and try it BLAISE STYLE next time which includes a grilled jalapeño and bacon with veggies. Dessert was fabulous with the Apple Fritters and Dulce Sauce. Experience was a 100/10 and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Definitely give it a try if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent doesn't give a high enough praise for this eclectic, modern, uptown vibe with great food and drinks! I will be back and telling all my friends.

Sunday brunch was perfect! My husband and I split the Cowboy Quiche and the French toast. The quiche was so delicious and topped with the BEST white gravy and sausage! The French toast was made from bread pudding and had a hint of cinnamon. Oh my gosh, you have to try it! We decided to split both the sweet and the savory dishes, we both agreed it was perfect! Our waitress was so helpful and even split our dishes onto different plates before they came out. Everything was clean and the service exceeded our expectations.

Saint Blaise makes fantastic veggie omelets. I had mine with toasted sourdough bread as well; it was a delicious meal in a great atmosphere. The service was polite and heartfelt. I will definitely be back.

Our overall experience today at Saint Blaise was truly remarkable. We will definitely be revisiting as the food, attentive service, delightful drinks, and ambiance speak for themselves when you order and dine in. The portions were great for the price and we enjoyed our time thoroughly. The only issue was the music was quite loud during our brunch.

It's hard to find anything worth spending money on in midland but Saint Blaise is definitely the exception. Saint Blaise feels modern and upscale but also somehow comfy and nostalgic to Old Midland. I've stop by to grab coffee to go and I've stoped in for bites and cocktails and closed it down and never left disappointed. The menu is unique and eclectic bringing new spins on classic favorites. Truly midlands newest downtown staple. It's hard to find anything worth spending money on in midland but Saint Blaise is definitely the exception. Saint Blaise is exactly what Midland needed! Everything was so delicious -- I especially loved the desserts! Definitely check this place out if you enjoy amazing food and a sweet atmosphere!

I have visited Buffalo Nickel a few times while visiting Midland for work and enjoyed my visit…read moreevery time. It has a nice easy-going, small-town Texas feel to it which is hard to describe unless you've lived in a town like this like I have. The inside is typically nice and chill; an ideal environment to grab a cocktail or two and conversate with a date, coworker, group of friends, whatever. Out of all the bars I have been to in Midland, I think Buffalo Nickel has the best selection of whiskey especially. I am not a huge whiskey aficionado but I have heard from ones that this is the place to go. I am more of a tequila and beer guy and they have everything I want. The unique thing about this bar is that the back patio is smoke-friendly. I am guilty of wanting some nicotine after some drinks so this is a great place for me. They also sell cigars if that is your thing. Cheers!

They have a nice selection to grab a couple to smoke on the back patio or to take with you for later. Hubby really enjoy the Crazy Alice, said it was one of the best cigars he's ever had! We sat at the bar and our bartender was very sweet and attentive. Explained the cocktails a bit for us and gave suggestions. The Pumpkin Spiced White Russian caught my eye online so I went with that and hubby had an Old Fashioned. Drinks were spot on so when the bartender said they had a great Espresso Martini I said but of course! It was absolutely delicious!! We highly recommend Buffalo Nickel for a small gathering or date night cocktails.

I will say that I was pretty impressed with the food and especially the service but there were still some things that kept me from giving it a perfect score. First off, the service was impeccable. When I walked in, I was greeted right away and sat promptly. My customers that I was taking out arrived a bit later because I was early but I was still provided with water and not bothered. An additional customer came so we had to move tables and it was done promptly and professionally. We were helped without it being overwhelming. Great job! The food was good and well-prepared. I ordered the roasted salmon and it was cooked very well with a crispy skin, the asparagus and brussel sprouts were salted well and cooked just right, the only complaint on the taste is that I wish there was a bit more jalapeño sauce and that it was spicier. It had no kick to it at all. My main overall reason for taking a star off is that the prices are definitely too high compared to the offering. Was the salmon dish good? Yes. But was it $39 without tax and tip good? Not really. Overall, I recommend this place to impress a date or to take a customer where conversation can be had easily with a nice atmosphere.

She treated us like we weren't worth her time, yet she was at her JOB of serving people and no one else was in the room. Go figure. Anyway, we ordered food....beware most of it is just frozen crap that gets reheated in the kitchen. Nothing is fresh. Salmon was a triangle shape like you get from Sam's club freezer dept, mixed veggies were also from a freezer and slightly reheated. One of my veggies was actually still frozen on the inside! Mac n cheese was cold. Seriously it had not even been warmed up appropriately. How hard is that? Steaks were okay and probably your best option there but not worth the $27. Bartender did a great job of mixing drinks. Mixed drinks were all perfect. Cooler was "out" so no draft beer at all. Second server also talked down to us like we were trash. We were just about to leave and go somewhere else when we received our third server who was awesome. Kristian was her name and she knows how to serve!! Great attitude, attentive, patient, talkative and friendly. So we stayed a few hours, DJ shows up around 9:00 and he did a great job with music selection. Dance floor is small but not crowded. No smoking in the main part of the bar so this is a nice place to go dancing and not end up smelling like cigarettes all night. I'd recommend this place for drinks and dancing but definitely not for dinner!! Also, ask for Kristian to be your server if possible so you get treated with respect. She gets one whole star on my review, otherwise this would be a one star review!
