The fish came with a large portion of rice and vegetables, as well as chopped onions. The rice was of the "minute rice" type, which is not my favorite, but it was seasoned and a good side to have. The vegetables were doused in garlic and melted butter/margarine, and better than I expected for something reminiscent of frozen vegetable mix that's steamed/sauteed. The fish was very well seasoned, perhaps by marination, with lots of parlsey and fresh lemon. The wheat bran gave a subtle flavour to the fish, which remained tender and juicy inside thanks to the coating. If you don't enjoy the texture of the bran, you can always brush it off. Good stuff!
