This was the best Vietnamese restaurant I've been too. I'm visiting from Miami and was pleasantly surprised to discover : 10/10 on the food, decor and service.

Happy Family Stir Fry
Haylea E.

Wow what a gem in Evergreen! We stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 and were seated promptly. Our server was an very polite man. We had the shrimp spring rolls and hot sake to start. Both came out within minutes and were very delicious! We were tickled by the cat machine delivering food, it was so unique and adorable. The restaurant as a whole felt very clean, and some of the dishes were served on expensive looking plates with beautiful designs on them. For the main course we had the seafood lo mein and the happy family stir fry which came with white rice. Both were very large servings and so so so tasty! At first I thought the prices were a bit high, but then after being served the food I realized why. You are getting a heaping helping of seafood, which has been perfectly cooked. With that in mind, and considering how far I would have to drive to have something as good as this, it's totally worth the price. However, if you still can find the room in the pocket book, they have a lunch menu Mon-Fri until 3pm with very reasonable prices. I'll be seeing you again Saigon Landing, yum yum!

Chicken pho!
Olivia H.

We visited from Texas and this place was awesome! First off, the style of the place is very nice and I love how cute the outside of it is as well. We both ordered their chicken pho and I highly enjoyed it, especially with the cold weather. I would order it again! The employees were friendly and their prices weren't too bad either. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for Vietnamese in Evergreen!

I've eaten here many times over the years and it's always tasty! Today Ethan was our server and he is just fantastic! Excellent service, delicious eats, and a great experience!

We stumbled across this place on vacation. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Food was great, service was great, ambiance was beautiful. But the best part is definitely the cat robot that serves you your food! It made our trip.

Really disappointed. Everything we ordered was awful. Wonder if they have a new chef or new food vendor.

If you're looking for a meal, not one I'd highly recommend. Appears to be a family-run operation, service is friendly and timely. One positive, a complimented the typical list of four to six Asian brews with at least half a dozen local microbrews. Our disappointment was amplified as two review sites rated this restaurant the third best in town.

We were in the mood for some warm, savory Thai food and this is the place to get it! Parking was pretty easy as they have a few spots neighboring the restaurant. We were quickly seated and our server was very prompt with waters and taking our order. I decided on the Tom yum soup with a mild spice level while J opted for the Pad Kee Mao with a high spice level. The soup was delicious and warm - helpful as I was getting over a cold and I found the spice level very manageable. The mushroom and shrimp were well cooked, plentiful and delicious. I had a good chunk of the pad kee mao as well - I loved the spice level here too. Just the right level to get your eyes watering but not out of control. The savory sauce was amazing and the noodles and chicken were very well cooked. We were one of a couple tables as we entered, but a few more joined while we were there. The sitting area is spacious and I could tell it might get busy later in the evening. All the staff were very helpful, prompt, and kind. Definitely give this place a try on your next visit to Estes Park!

Tucked away in the mountains of Evergreen, it…read moreserves some of the most authentic and delicious Korean food we've had in Colorado--which, honestly, was a surprise. It's actually Thai-owned, but don't let that stop you. The chef spent more than five years cooking Korean food in Texas, and it shows. The kalbi tasted just like the kind my mom makes at home. The banchan, sundubu, and mandu-guk were all incredibly flavorful and comforting. The ambiance was warm, clean, and inviting. The decor was a blend of Korean and Thai influences, with familiar Korean touches like soju brand advertisements alongside Thai decorations that reflected the owners' background. It felt authentic to both cultures without trying too hard. The only thing that stood out to me was that they serve jasmine rice instead of traditional Korean or Japanese sticky rice. I personally love jasmine rice, so it wasn't an issue, but it does tend to break apart a bit when mixed into soup. The owners are incredibly friendly, and we'll definitely be finding excuses to make the drive back. What's especially interesting is that this place outshines several Korean restaurants in Aurora that are actually Korean-owned. They also don't skimp on the meat portions, which is something I've found disappointing at some other Korean spots in the area. If you're in the area, give it a try. You might be as pleasantly surprised as we were.
