    Dolly the food service robot.
    Amber F.

This place is WILD. It's technically a Vietnamese restaurant, but they sell basically any Asian dish popular amongst white people (understandable, given the demographics here). You want Pad Thai? No problem. Some Pho? Sure. How about some sweet n' sour chicken? Absolutely. The menu is long and elaborate, and why not? The aim is to please everybody. And okay, so the food wasn't the best I've ever had, but you have to come here for the EXPERIENCE. The interior is eclectic--paintings of ballroom dancers, lamps made to look like Chinese lanterns, old-fashioned chairs with plastic-coated seats. And the best part? A robot delivers your food. I kid you not! Her name is Dolly, she looks like a strange hybrid of a cat and a bookshelf, and she brings your food with a chirpy, "Hello! I'm Dolly! Your food is ready!" After that, I started to feel like I'd slipped into an alternate dimension, but I liked it. The food was decent. I had hot-n-sour soup, which was a little too sweet (it needed some spice to balance it out), but it was still tasty. I give this place five stars for the experience alone!

    Happy Family Stir Fry

Wow what a gem in Evergreen! We stopped in on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 and were seated promptly. Our server was an very polite man. We had the shrimp spring rolls and hot sake to start. Both came out within minutes and were very delicious! We were tickled by the cat machine delivering food, it was so unique and adorable. The restaurant as a whole felt very clean, and some of the dishes were served on expensive looking plates with beautiful designs on them. For the main course we had the seafood lo mein and the happy family stir fry which came with white rice. Both were very large servings and so so so tasty! At first I thought the prices were a bit high, but then after being served the food I realized why. You are getting a heaping helping of seafood, which has been perfectly cooked. With that in mind, and considering how far I would have to drive to have something as good as this, it's totally worth the price. However, if you still can find the room in the pocket book, they have a lunch menu Mon-Fri until 3pm with very reasonable prices. I'll be seeing you again Saigon Landing, yum yum!

I've eaten here many times over the years and it's always tasty! Today Ethan was our server and he is just fantastic! Excellent service, delicious eats, and a great experience!

    Chicken pho!

We visited from Texas and this place was awesome! First off, the style of the place is very nice and I love how cute the outside of it is as well. We both ordered their chicken pho and I highly enjoyed it, especially with the cold weather. I would order it again! The employees were friendly and their prices weren't too bad either. I recommend this place if you're in the mood for Vietnamese in Evergreen!

We stumbled across this place on vacation. ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. Food was great, service was great, ambiance was beautiful. But the best part is definitely the cat robot that serves you your food! It made our trip.

They came with two sauces: sweet and sour, and a spicy Chinese hot mustard that was fiery but addictive. The Hunan beef arrived hot and flavorful, with broccoli, fresh green onions, and Sichuan peppers. It came with a large side of rice and was easily a shareable portion. The beef lo mein was good as well, though I personally preferred the Hunan beef. I only wish the lo mein had a bit more noodles. Overall, the food was satisfying, and I'd like to return to try some seafood and fried dishes. Service: There were only three groups dining in (including us) on a weeknight, so service was average in pace. Our server was quiet but friendly. The takeout side, however, was very busy, with lots of orders and calls coming in. I noticed some reviews mentioning that staff seemed rude, but in my experience, it wasn't rudeness--just a straightforward communication style that can come off as blunt. That's how Asians typically are. Ambience: Some reviews mentioned that the restaurant could be a little cleaner, and I agree with that point. Overall: I would definitely come back to try other dishes. In my opinion, some of the harsher reviews exaggerate minor issues so it's worth checking it out and experiencing it for yourself. Thank you for the food!

LOT FOOD FOR A GREAT COST!…read more We were HUNGRY! My Aspen (service dog loves shrimp!!) I'm the Veggie, and we were searching for a place rather close. Searching the area, we found a quiet unassuming, in a quiet neighborhood strip mall, simple place. Read the reviews, Hmmm sounds interesting. When entering in an off hour, there were other people filling the tables, "it must be good! With others' here at this time" What I found; Huge portions of lunch time food at a very reasonable cost! The Egg Drop soup was EXCELLENT, The Shrimp, well my Aspen devoured after I had one, it was plump - tender and flavorful. The Veggies, this is MY YUM and PLENTIFUL!! Fried rice - not so fried rather a steamed rice with soy, the egg roll was crisp, smaller than others (seems to be the new fashion these days) filled with wonderful veggies. Did I mention the Egg Drop Soup was DELICIOUS!!!! Our Server required being won over- at first, need to win her over with some compliments, then she smiled and giggled. This was LUNCH menu and it is plentiful and reasonable cost! The place is very clean and ample seating. Meals come quickly, be prepared. No outside seating, and it's a chilly October day. Open 6 days weekly, from 11AM till 8 or 9PM Price, extremely reasonable!!! Convenient Parking in Front. And take out is available with phone in first, or order while eating some delicious food. Definitely recommended if your in the quaint neighborhood an hungry.

And upon picking up our order, we were happy to see everything was in there. We ordered crab cheese wontons, which were filled nicely and tasted great, Kung Pao Chicken, Mongolian Pork, and Orange Chicken with hot and sour soup I'm not very big on Chinese food in general, but this was one of the best Orange Chickens I've tasted! I've also never enjoyed Mongolian Pork, but this was the first time I really enjoyed it. Everyone in my family enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken and the soup as well. The taste is great, the service is friendly, and they have definitely just won over some new regular customers

I mostly interacted with the man who was, from the get-go until I got my food and left, blunt with a frown look. Was he having a bad day or is he always that way? It was hard to fathom. I thus decided to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was his worst day (ha ha!) Since I tried to make it a better day for him, I said extra "Thank you" but I failed to soften his bluntness; he reacted each time with "Okay, I got you, just go" kind of attitude (LOL!!) Oh well! The food I got me for to-go was B7: Stir Fry Vegetables With Tofu Noodles Bowl ($17 as of late March of 2026). After finishing a side hustle job assignment at the nearby store, I was absolutely famished. I wanted some non-meat protein with lots of veggies so this dish simply popped out of the menu. Glad that I got this because... The dish was more than what it looked. Well-portioned with lots of veggies as the description of the dish on the menu says. I wish there were more tofu pieces however. Not to mention, the vermicelli noodles were also part of the ingredients. Everything was cooked in some light-colored sauce that was simply just right especially in the amount of salt. My type of food indeed. Would you believe it if I said that I devoured it in a matter of 15 minutes or so while chewing well? It hit the spot. This Evergreen neighborhood is not my normal activity area (as I have stated, I was in it due to my job assignment). I am not sure if I will be back to utilize the business ever. But if I do, my hope is that the service improves by then. If the workers are more hospitable with warmth, it will thrive in this mountain town; they surely can change the current rating of 3.5 stars.

There wasn't any indication that it was open so I checked my maps app and it says that they're open -- I think an "open" lighted sign would help draw more customers. Actually, they had an open sign, it just wasn't on for some reason. I walked in and regretted it for a few minutes when I realized I was the only customer there. The waiter was so professional and friendly, I brag to feel at ease. Don't let the outside fool you, the inside is very clean with plenty of seating. They have some Vietnamese and Thai dishes but heard the owners speaking Cantonese so I decided go with Chinese. The crispy duck caught my eye, so I ordered a bowl of steamed rice to go with it. The server brought out a generous serving of duck on a fragrant bed of wok tossed onions and scallions. My expectations for this place weren't high, but I was pleasantly surprised when I bit into the first piece. I'm so glad I ordered the duck. The five-spice and rice wine flavor went perfectly with the wok tossed scallions and onions, it was the perfect level of saltiness. I walked in worried and stumbled out happy. I'll be back soon.
