The price is reasonable at $90 per month which includes one 50 minute massage with a tier 1 therapist. Tier 2 and above are an additional cost. I tried a few different tier 1 therapists and unfortunately didn't have a very relaxing or positive experience with any of them. I also found appointments consistently started late but ended exactly on time, meaning massage time was cut by 5-10 minutes. This was frustrating and needs to be addressed.

She knocked on the door in a rush to get my fiancé and I to exit upon completion, rushed to put a bottle in his hand, didn't seem to want to give me the other bottle, and then immediately asked "my tip?" Super rude. I've never had anyone ask for a tip immediately after a crapshoot service without even the niceties of small talk & asking how it went.
