I said so you won't price match your OWN website. Why it's $5 more in store is beyond me but whatever. I asked for the name of the manager and her name and said I'd be contacting James because their customer service was horrible. Lady legit yelled at me as I was walking out the door. All of a sudden she was "going to help me" I said no you aren't you got called out in front of customers who also heard the Interaction and walked out behind me. Finally, someone picks up the phone but then just hangs up without helping. It feels unprofessional, especially when you're in pain and just want to know when you can get your medicine. When I reached the Walgreens, I met with a cashier who advised they didn't carry FedEx envelopes or any FedEx supplies of any kind - they can only accept packages completely ready to ship. She sent me across the street to a mailboxes location who had everything I needed and took my document, packaged it in a FedEx envelope, affixed the shipping label and guaranteed to get it out today - they did. Walgreens IS NOT a FedEx shipping spot!

He was profiled for zero reason. He had the receipt in hand and has never shoplifted from this store. Apparently, the security person they had would do this to many people just because he thought he could. Not sure if he is there anymore. I have written checks to FM with no problem. Now, I can't since Certegy considers me (as well as my husband) "risks". Why? We both are in our 60's, have never had dishonored or bounced checks, semi retired but still working. Is it because we don't write many checks? Certegy uses AI technology. From what I have been reading, there are thousands of individuals like me who have had the same problems with this scam company, various businesses, and the banks don't understand why. The company doesn't even give valid reasons. My credit score also above 650, so that's not the problem. Kroger/FM would be doing every shopper a big favor by dropping Certegy and using another system. It is very embarrassing to have your check declined for zero reason whatsoever.

I have gone to the Covington Fred Meyer pharmacy for 7+ years now and have multiple prescriptions…read morethat they fill/refill for me every month so I have plenty of experience with the staff here, their overall customer service, etc. Over the past 7+ years, I've had nothing but great experience with both of the pharmacists who work here (there's one female pharmacist and a male pharmacist who both have worked here regularly throughout the years), they have always been extremely helpful and have always been kind. The rest of the pharmacy staff has been a rotation of people throughout the years and there has certainly been a couple of one off employees that were either rude or difficult to deal with but those people typically don't last long or once they've worked there a while they've improved with experience. I've had to deal with other pharmacies throughout the years for my boyfriend's prescriptions and I have one prescription that I have filled at a different pharmacy due to Fred Meyer carrying a specific brand that I've had adverse reactions to and the other pharmacies I've gone to have been terrible in comparison (Covington Safeway, Covington Walgreens, numerous CVS locations -- they're the worst) where they constantly claim they never received a prescription and are dismissive and rude, which is exactly why I'm extremely grateful for Fred Meyer and how great they've always been. I'm assuming that most bad reviews or negative experiences people have had with them are due to things that were beyond the pharmacists control such as laws or policies for controlled substances or dealing with difficult insurance companies who restrict how and when things are covered (and I've actually dealt with both of those issues but Fred Meyer was very helpful and found a solution in both circumstances).
