However the lady belted outed rudely "we are closed, we are closed" I walked away realizing seconds later it was 1:29pm and not 1:30pm and turned around to tell her that it was 1:29pm which she agreed but still would not help me and I told her she was rude! I get notifications when the prescription refill is in process and then again when it's time to pick it up. Aside from the pharmacy I have also worked with this location to ship FedEx packages and purchase small Pharmacy convenience items. Everything is well stocked in merchandise and the store is extremely clean. Highly recommend this if you live in Maple Valley.

I asked for the name of the manager and her name and said I'd be contacting James because their customer service was horrible. Lady legit yelled at me as I was walking out the door. All of a sudden she was "going to help me" I said no you aren't you got called out in front of customers who also heard the Interaction and walked out behind me. I drove over to Safeway and guess what. Same toying was on sale for $6.99 there.

Perhaps the owner has lifelong customers that he's friendly with and is nice to them. However, to me and other customers I encountered, he doesn't make the experience pleasurable, and is quite 'fussy' and rude. Even my doctor and his nurse have made comments about him being rude and very short with them on the phone. Apparently all the aroma therapy and stuffed animals aren't making him a very nice or happy man, why should anyone believe it will help a customer? My prescriptions alone have probably paid this mains mortgage for several months. There's just no need to be so rude to people.

Will definitley continue to come back here as long as Dr. Lewing is here.

I asked my surgeon to send my post op meds to the Burien Safeway off of 1st Ave, right off the freeway...she sent it to the Des Moines Safeway! 2. I go to the Burien Safeway...after being told my script was sent to the wrong pharmacy: I requested that they forward it to the right Safeway location where I was (they've done it before) the intranetwork pharmacy said they couldn't transfer it over...from 1 SAFEWAY TO ANOTHER?!?! On my way out I spoke with an... assistant manager I guess, and she was less help than the pharmacist! Nonchalant and disconcerned. I'm her defense, she's always like that! I distinctly remember going to the Des Moines Safeway and they were able to transfer the script right then and there! Same situation! It is now worth the extra gas to drive to a different Safeway...if I continue using Safeway at all!! They don't want to open their bathrooms to paying customers, theyre proving they don't have the capacity to manage more than 1 entrance and their new development is complacency! A different surgeon was able to correct the pharmacy error so I'm going back to the Burien Safeway, maybe for the last time! Hey! Even if you may have changed your policy because you have a bunch of drug addicts hanging outside your store...you should be able to recognize your customers and accommodate them! They say chivalry is dead...adequate customer service is right behind it!
