My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.

They told me they'll order the part and that the part will be in the next day (today Wednesday 4.15.16) around 11a. I told them awesome and see you tomorrow around 11a. The next day arrived and immediately Henry knew exactly who I was took my keys and about 30-35 minutes later my vehicle was done. I decided to stop by Clearview after getting my car washed next door just to check on prices and they were able to fit me in immediately. Just 1.5 hours later I was leaving with tinted windows that looked great! Only issue is they only have a couple of seats by the register and it gets very crowded while waiting.
