Sadly, my car was vandalized and I wanted to get my busted window fixed ASAP. I called around to…read moreseveral auto glass repair shops and their prices weren't making me feel warm and fuzzy. Finally my fiance suggested I give Smith's a call and request a quick over the phone quote. A wonderful gentleman by the name of Fred gave me a great price (half of what others quoted), answered my several frazzled questions and numerous calls..all with a friendly and helpful demeanor. They had my window in stock and was able to book me a same day appointment. I arrived at 1:30pm and they were able to get my car in the shop within 10 minutes and thank God because torrential downpour began shortly after I arrived. He said it would take about an hour and a half to fix my car and his estimate was spot on. Now the waiting room isn't too fancy but it works and there is free Wi-Fi. Luckily Orange is the New Black just started, so I was well occupied for the entire wait time. There is also a strip of plugs for phone charging. Overall the experience was pleasant and I am very grateful that they were able to make a frustrating experience as painless as possible. Recommend this place to all!

I was impressed by their professionalism and their service speed (everything was done in under an hour). I do have one suggestion for the business. They gave me a 4 hour block estimate of when they would be arriving, which could be an inconvience for some people who are leaving their car at work and need to go home within that time block. Although this wouldnt solve the problem, texts to update us with a more exact time as they are approaching closer to the time would be helpful to help us with planning out our day. AGN was at least 40% cheaper than other places. Which honestly made us a little nervous. Everyone else came in around the same price. How could they be cheaper? But we were paying out of pocket so we took our chances. Years later I can tell you that that windshield is still on the car today, leak free. But wait, there's more! My work van needed a new windshield and I told my company's owners. They said to give AGN a shot. Again, much cheaper, and again not a single problem. Now I needed a side window replaced one one car, and a rear window on the same car that got the windshield years ago due to some vandalism. Well my side window is working great, and when they quoted my wife on the rear that quoted her the wrong price, by half. But they still honored their quote. Hard to beat that. Honorable, Quality, and Cheap! P.S. I do recommend making an appointment. They do usually have to go out to pick up the glass. But sometimes it's same or next day.

My warranty company had a difficult time getting in contact with someone and after attempts to different phone numbers, my warranty company finally got in contact with someone named Tim who claims the windshield damage looks like it was previously repaired before Auto Glass Now attempted their repair. What?! Why would the technician attempt to repair what was already repaired then? (I have proof) of this by the way. The technician told me the windshield needed to be replaced because he was unable to get the resin in the cracks properly but then they told my warranty company the repair is already complete and needs no further intervention. Why tell me and my warranty company two different things? There's no integrity within this company. Thank goodness I have cameras around my home. I will be escalating this.
