She was great it took a few months but kept emailing me with updates, the day she called to tell me it was it she said if I was there by 0800 she could get me in and out. She was rite I got there 0750 I gave my fob to a worker she told me 4 guys would get it done quick 0830 they were done I had to wait 20 minutes for the glue to dry. I sent them photos of the work I needed done and they promptly gave me an estimate and date when they would be available to complete the job. It is hard to find someone skilled at this work and willing to do smaller jobs so I booked appointment with them. We took car in and they did an excellent job. HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!…read moreHORRIBLE!!! Apparently, they used to be a larger company but now are a husband and wife operation. Needed to replace my windshield and they came to the shop where I was getting my vehicle repaired. They replaced the windshield and left without having someone inspect their work. When I got in my car, I noticed the mirror was not properly attached to the windshield. So they were called back to repair it. When they got back, my question to the gentleman was, "how did you leave with this looking irregular?" His excuse was, "I didn't know that windshield was like that." They reattached the mirror and left. The next day while driving the mirror pops off the windshield. I tried to put it back and realized that there are two sockets for balls. Then when I looked at the mirror itself, one of the balls is missing. The mirror is also missing what looks like something that should go into a sensor of some sort. So I started driving again and all of a sudden the mirror begins to bang up against the windshield. So now there's a small indentation in the new windshield that was just replaced and I have to hold the mirror while I drive. They didn't wipe away the goo the with which they used and the auto shop had to clean up the trash and mess they left in the car. PRETTY FREAKING RIDICULOUS!!!

Beyond contaminants and poor finishing, the biggest issue is that the roof itself was cut into during the install. There are clear, visible cut marks in the carbon fiber--damage that was not there prior. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care and professionalism. A carbon fiber roof is one of the most sensitive and expensive panels on the car, and cutting into it during a PPF install should never happen. What made the situation worse was the response. There was no accountability from management or staff, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with dismissiveness. To make matters even more disappointing, one of the employees went as far as making inappropriate comments about my vehicle--completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I've trusted this shop for years, but the quality and customer service have clearly declined. I'm now dealing with damage to a panel that was previously perfect. I hope they take responsibility and make this right, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

However, within 48 hours of the purchase, the truck failed inspection. According to state law, all dealers must provide a 30-day warranty. However, Sergie and Noel seem to believe they can ignore this rule if they think you received a discount or participated in a promotional offer they advertised on Facebook. Running a sale to attract customers does not justify selling vehicles that cannot pass inspection. Furthermore, Sergie claimed that our issue was with Precision Tune of Reisterstown. We called Precision Tune, and they confirmed that they inspect vehicles for Classic Motors and have a long-standing relationship with them. However, they refused to provide any information about the vehicle in question. The receptionist informed us that inspection details must come from the dealership, while the dealership directed us to call Precision Tune. There are also some interesting aspects in the relationship between Classic Motors and Precision Tune. We'd best refer our concerns to the Better Business Bureau, State Attorney General, and Federal Trade Commission, to name a few. I have listed them so that other readers will know the correct course of action. I am sure Sergie and Noel will post a BLAME SHIFTING rebuttal, but there is a common theme among your one-star reviewers that cannot be ignored. Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter. They offer a huge variety of services and they're in a good location.
