My windshield was cracked from a rock and I needed it replaced, while insurance routed me to Safelite, they were terrible, and did not know how to deal with the calibration. I didn't realize you do not need to use safelite to have insurance cover the repair. I cannot recommend enough to call Superior and avoid safelite all together. They knew what they were doing, did it quickly and got it fixed. Insurance or not I would absolutely come back here again if I needed a repair. It's hard to find (tucked back in the middle of a warehouse complex), but don't let that dissuade you. It's fast, friendly service and it will be done correctly. Highly recommend.

I emailed and called (that's just me, lol) and talked to Henry and Freya (both super nice) and got a more REASONABLE quote. They told me they'll order the part and that the part will be in the next day (today Wednesday 4.15.16) around 11a. I told them awesome and see you tomorrow around 11a. The next day arrived and immediately Henry knew exactly who I was took my keys and about 30-35 minutes later my vehicle was done. Went outside to view it and you couldn't tell it's not the original glass that came with the vehicle, that's how much of a perfect match they did. I decided to stop by Clearview after getting my car washed next door just to check on prices and they were able to fit me in immediately. Just 1.5 hours later I was leaving with tinted windows that looked great! Only issue is they only have a couple of seats by the register and it gets very crowded while waiting. I had to take it to their shop for the work, but that's a small price to pay to get it done quickly and at a good price.
