We had a vent not blowing any air in a bedroom, so we wanted to get a video camera inspection. Their website was one of the few websites that advertised this, so I figured I would give them a call. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday, but no one showed up. I persistently called throughout that day and got a different person every time. Every time, they would apologize and tell me that they'd look into it and get back to me. And I never got a call back. Eventually, I finally got them to commit to a time (had to wait until the next week) and they did show up. They couldn't get the camera all the way to the end of the line because he lost the equipment in a previous house. And repeatedly rammed his camera line in the vent damaging some of the vent work. He said everything looked good, but that he would talk to his HVAC person to see what options we should pursue. He charged me the $89 for a full camera inspection even though he couldn't get a full view of the vent. I never got a call back from them. I think they have blocked my number now because when I call through a separate number, they pick up and are as pleasant as can be. Buyer beware. At best, this is a legitimate company that is just run VERY poorly with little organization/communication. Worst case, this is a scam company. I should have stopped after the first red flags. Do NOT use this company. I called up Any Hour service the next day and they came out and did a camera inspection for free. read more

I had called another air duct cleaning company prior who quoted me around $100-150 to clean my ducts to only find out they arrived and tried to get me to agree to over $1000 to clean my vents! No way! So I called Safe Air Duct and they quoted me over the phone for $450 I don't have a very big house and was worried they were going to show up and do the same thing the previous company had tried to do. But that wasn't the case they accurately quoted me over the phone and they ran a camera inspection before and after of a couple vents of my choosing. They used some big machine that appeared to suck lint out of the venting, a brush cable thingy and used an air hose thing that you could hear them running down our vents. They also sealed some gaps in our one return with venting tape. When they were done they used a disinfectant as they had promised over the phone (we had a rodent issue from the previous owners) so this was important. They followed through with everything they promised and then some! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service done especially with all the fakes and sharks running around in this type of industry! read more
