And we could not believe the amount of lint that came out of that tube! It's no wonder my dryer overheated the first time. Troy went above and beyond to make sure air was getting through. Cleaning from both inside the house and outside the house. He even pulled out a couple of birds and a birds nest that had gotten in there. I'm assuming that's where our problem started. Further they were barely any help at all to try to source new parts (did most of the legwork myself). Instead they stuck a heavy wrench tool between hinge where the door meets the oven body and applied body weight pressure against the door -- which they said has worked for other customers it did absolutely nothing at all to fix our issue except to make everything worse. Then they spent the next 15 minutes telling me to consider a new $3000+ unit.
