I even referred two neighbors. Now, I can't modify the lights. They just do random stuff. I've sent emails and called Customer Support. As someone else said, "crickets!" Finally, I learned today that they will address my problem "within a few weeks!" How's that for great customer service! They're backed up because their system is faulty and they can't (won't) respond in a timely manner. I told them that I'm going to have a banner made for my lawn that says, "Don't buy permanent lighting from Everlights - they're faulty!" As others have mentioned, if you want permanent lights, shop around. There has to be a better company with real customer support. He told me their standard price upfront, but encouraged me that he could get me a better deal on on the package to help me save some money. After 4 days Tanner came back and said there was nothing he could do & there offer was full price. When i asked him about what we talked about he replied " Look we are not hurting for business, and our price is our price. We are a business and are primary focus is to make profit... thats economics". There quote was $14,000. It was easy to say NO, because i knew they didn't value my business or me as a customer. Within 2 days another company came out and did a bid for the same Jelly Fish Lighting system.... $8500!!! A $5,500 difference ! I didn't even have to ask for a discount, i just paid there price. I would encourage you to not work with Nite Scapes without getting 2 other bids. A business thats not willing to value the sale & value the client at purchase doesn't deserve your business. Theres always another company out there, thats hungrier that will certainly earn your business.

Ironically she has the same programming as ours. Nevertheless, after multiple attempts to resolve, her issue persists and no response from either of them. Was going to hire them to re-do my front yard, suffice to say I will hire someone else. Follow through is paramount, and they've demonstrated that once you've paid them, good luck.
