It is nearly impossible to speak with an actual person unless you have a very basic support question. For more serious problems, you're left waiting with little communication and no meaningful assistance. We are a business and are primary focus is to make profit... thats economics". There quote was $14,000. It was easy to say NO, because i knew they didn't value my business or me as a customer. Within 2 days another company came out and did a bid for the same Jelly Fish Lighting system.... $8500!!! A $5,500 difference ! I didn't even have to ask for a discount, i just paid there price. I would encourage you to not work with Nite Scapes without getting 2 other bids. A business thats not willing to value the sale & value the client at purchase doesn't deserve your business. Also had them put permanent lighting on my home, they even did my mother-in-laws lights. She's had issues with her hard drive (extremely loud) and it was written off as the programming. Ironically she has the same programming as ours. Nevertheless, after multiple attempts to resolve, her issue persists and no response from either of them. Was going to hire them to re-do my front yard, suffice to say I will hire someone else. Follow through is paramount, and they've demonstrated that once you've paid them, good luck. They quote a 10 year warranty, I'm now realizing that's garbage.
