The atmosphere is very cool, everything is clean, service was ridiculously friendly (from EVERYONE), and the food was out of this world. My husband got the Yellow Curry w Tofu and i got the Chiefs Special Pumpkin Curry w chicken. I practically licked the bowl.... Needless to say we will be back. Also... if you are debating the mango sticky rice dessert, GET IT. I forgot to take a picture but boy, that was a pleasant surprise. 10/10 from beginning to end. read more

Everything was fresh and tasty and the service was great even though it was very busy. The Papaya Pok Pok (E San style) was refreshing and spicy goodness. The pork larb was very good with a hint of lime that really brightened the dish. The spicy jungle noodles with chicken was really good. The noodles were silky perfection. To finish it off, we had the sticky mango rice that tasted like a tropical rice pudding. Can't wait to go back and try more! read more

Based on the ratings we had high expectations. The table service was VERY good. The wait times for food from the kitchen is S L O W. The veggie spring (egg) rolls were good. The lunch time included soup was very good. The two Pad Thai orders (with tofu) were the sweetest tasting Pad Thai we have ever had anywhere. That is abnormal. Not normal Pad Thai. The tofu in the Pad Thai was a bit tough and chewy, likely over cooked. The medium heat was mild. The seating is TIGHT and crowded feeling. We will look elsewhere for our next Thai meal. read more

Went out to lunch to try this new Thai spot. The restaurant is nice inside, and very attentive staff (almost 3 different people asked if we ordered drinks ). The lunch menu is okay, wish it had lunch menu prices since the regular menu does have dishes that start $12 and up for most entrees which is pricy in my own opinion. Before our main meals, they had complimentary soup which was like a rice porridge with tofu with a lemongrass soup base, it was okay, but maybe without rice would be a decent option. The green curry and rice tasted good, nice flavors and authentic Thai curry taste. The Pad thai my partner had was good, he wished he ordered it spicier but they do offer spicy . The spring rolls with shrimp were not my favorite, it had too much lettuce and like 1-2 shrimp per roll, not anything special. The rest of it was good and would want to try their other dishes next time as I do love papaya salad and Thai chicken wings . read more

Very good Thai food in the area, at excellent prices. We like everything we've had, portions are generous, there are 7 or 9 levels of spiciness which you can specify, and you can choose seriously hot. The staff is basically the FRIENDLIEST I have EVER encountered in a restaurant. They are helpful, patient, and make substitutions. The Thai iced tea is VERY sweet , however. Family came to town and we have been hearing about Sa Thai recently, so we all tried it for the first time. First, the painted walls were so good! The decor was special. The Thai Coca Cola sign was a great touch. There was someone welcoming and thanking everyone. The space was an inviting place for sure. We got a table for 8 people in 25 min, which was not bad at all, considering the buzz and the amount of people at the restaurant. As we waited we kept looking as nice dishes were flying by. I cannot tell you all the dishes we had but the most common amongst us was the potstickers (6) and the Spicy Jungle Noodles with chicken. They had 3 levels of spice and the Thai spicy, when done right, was very spicy. The noodles had a nice consistency and texture. They were flavorful for sure. At the end, we got some free sticky rice with mango (more about the free aspect of it in a few) that was to die for! Unfortunately, there was a big hiccup in our service. It seems that there was an error with our order and it disappeared. The whole staff apologized for placing a server in training to serve the biggest party on a busy night. Our dishes took about 45 min to reach our tables. The staff corrected course quickly by giving us additional teas and drinks and offering two sticky rice mango desserts. It was a smart move. We are planning to return, so my current rating could change if we find that serving hiccups are not frequent. read more

We ordered vegetarian Jungle Noodle and Pad Kee Mao. Upon further clarification on the vegetarian base, they told us it has chicken base. When we asked for real-vegetarian without any animal base, they recommended vegan for an extra charge. Thai food is one of our favorite food and we have eaten in several restaurants. It's a modern, open, clean and quaint space that celebrates all things Thai. We tried the jungle noodles and pad Thai - both excellent and good portions for the price. Very clean, modern restaurant. Outstanding food. So many other Thai restaurants serve food that's bland unless you order it with a ridiculous amount of spice--not Sa Thai! We ordered the "Spicy Jungle Noodles" with only half the amount of spice and it had so much flavor. Service was great. It was packed when we arrived and were still seated & served promptly. As a chef I really love the interior design of the main room, it's has place for people to sit down and eat while accommodating for to go order, there is outdoor dining patio too. Servers are well informed of the menu and were able to explain things easily for new customers to understand and enjoy their amazing food. We went during the lunch time, I had the Lunch Pad Thai that's come with the soup of the day (I would recommend asking what it is because it does change daily). My wife had the Dinner Papaya Pok Pok Salad and shared the spring rolls. The food and plating was done with care and love. Sauce was never heavy and still favorable. People with a high spice tolerance or really like spicy food I highly recommend having it spicy or med spicy for the food since it is Thai food. I wish I had taken a photo of the food bc of the nice plating but it is something you have to experience yourself! read more

Our family of four stopped for dinner on a Friday night and were lucky to be seated right away. We ordered the fried tofu, veggie egg rolls, yellow curry, nam prik pao, fried rice and wonton soup. Everything was delicious! We all really enjoyed our food. The service was super friendly and attentive. They got busy with people waiting as we had our meal but they were doing an excellent job of keeping people moving. They seemed to really have a handle on their operations. I had the green curry and thought it was very tasty with mild spices. It was still intense. I tried some red chili paste on the side. It was very good also. The service is very quick to get me to a table and order. They brought me a glass of water and one of the waitresses came and filled the person next to me water and mine was almost empty and they didn't even offer to fill mine.
