They've been there a long time, but I never had the occasion to actually stop in. They were busy, but the line moved quickly. They're efficient. After waiting about 5 minutes, I ordered 6 bagels and two schmears to go, and when I got home, we toasted a couple bagels and schmeared them up. We were so pleased with the food.
