Salmon bowl.

Great food. I had a salmon bowl. So tender and taste. The service was very good. Classy ambiance- spacious, clean. Appreciate the tasty appetizers too.

Wagyu Beef Dip, hard submarine bread, a few bits of dry beef & missing the beef jus dip. what a bargain at $22!

I DoorDashed an order for Easter Friday late night meal. A bit disappointed by not only the food but but their response to an issue with my order. The Wagyu Beef Dip we ordered came without the beef dip which would have made a dry, hard submarine sandwich at least palatable. The fries that came with it were so salty that I had to brush them down before attempting to eat some. Even then, I gave up on them. I called them to let them know about the issues and was put on hold several times, repeated my story to a few different people before finally being asked for my number & was told they'd call me back to offer a solution. Well I gave them a chance to make it right & they completely avoided addressing the situation. The Master Chicken Sandwich I ordered was decent I guess, although there was the same issue with the over salted fries. The potato bread and Mac n cheese sticks were also decent. The Caesar salad was a bit sad looking and not worth the money. Talking about being worth the money, take a look at the picture of the beef dip & determine yourself if this is worth $22. Even WITH the dip it would have been barely edible never mind that they sent it without. A truly awful sandwich no matter the price.

Had a Valentines steak dinner date and our experienced was very good. The place is a bit busy but we got seated right away even without a reservation. Staff are friendly and attentive with our needs. The Calamari we ordered was very good but I find it small serving but tasted very good. Our steak was done as requested and the cream corm with bacon is my favorite tonight. Will definitely go back here.

My favourite restaurant in Langley...Quite possibly in the lower Fraser Valley. I made a birthday reservation for four, asking for a quiet corner. They did .fairly well given my friends and I are 60 to 72 years or age and competing with loud music: and ambient noise can be a bit off~putting, We weren't to concerned as the service was friendly, experienced(our waitress had five years experience at this establishment.) BUT MOSTLY IT WAS THE ENTRÉES which were prepared and presented with care to our requests and all four dishes were simply outstanding. My fellow celebrants to a person rated their filets the best in their7 epicurean decades. I had Harvest Chicken for the second time in the month.. I highly recommend it Wine recommendations were bang on. I plan to return soon..perhaps this weekend and keep the experience thriving. Perhaps a High vine Malbec from Argentina John Patterson

Just left the restaurant celebrating my brothers 48th birthday with my sister. We had a wonderful time and the food was fantastic and the service was wonderful by Michaela our waitress I would go back. Very cool ambiance and mood as well!

Typical trendy Western place (think Cactus Club or Earls) next to 200th. Parking is available in the lot next to the building. The venue is split into a busier bar area, and a quieter restaurant area. The decor inside isn't as classy as say Cactus Club, but it's also nice and bright inside, thanks to the large windows running the length of the building. Staff were friendly and professional. Food here is a bit on the pricey side, but in line with the competition. I had hte top sirloin with asparagus and onions. Definitely tasty, though nothing really stuck out. The sides were nice. Decent option if one is in the area, but there are plenty of other places to try too.

Wow does this restaurant have a trendy and chic decor! And who would have guess it is in Langley!! The restaurant is super clean and staff are quite attentiv. They have quite a bit of food selection as well with happy hour menu as well that runs on weekends too! We came here during lunch and tried out their Lobster and Prawn Burger and S+L Cheeseburger. The burgers was quite stacked, but I find the lobster and prawn burger a tad too salty. It would be perfect if they added some sweetness in the sauce or citrusy to cut down the salt. But I still enjoyed it! Overall we were pretty satisfied with the meal and my husband really enjoyed the fries that came with his burger. They were extra crispy and light!

Whiskey sour, deep fried macaroni sticks, cauliflower bites and truffle fries.

Came here for my friends birthday - we made a reservation and made it in time for happy hour. Great choices. Our server, Chelsea, was great! Very attentive and super friendly. The drinks were ok.... I prefer cactus clubs' whiskey sour in my opinion. I think it's because cactus uses a Jack Daniels honey so it's sweeter so I just like it better! In terms of food, it was pretty good.. I don't know if it's anything outstanding but good for happy hour prices and the variety of options they have. We both ordered the fish tacos and I was slightly disappointed as I remember it being so good the last time I had it but, I found it a bit dry. Overall, service was great, ambiance was great and food was pretty good so 4 stars!

The Wagyu beef dip is amazing! Had it with the house salad that was delicious. The steak and Fritos was great. The peppercorn sauce was on the sweeter side but decent. Sat at the bar and the service was fantastic and great conversation. Will be back.

Lobster rolls! For the love of lobster rolls!! Came here mainly for the lobster rolls or the trio of it. Left feeling in love with the decor! Not the rolls! This place is so beautiful! It has this gorgeous 70 ish vibes happening. Stunning marbles! Gorgeous counter tops! Carriage like booths! Digital libraries/ many backdrops from the screen. It's oh so visually appealing!! Came here right after I flew back in from Toronto at 4 am! They weren't quite open at 11:25 but got a seat anyway! They have a massive open kitchen and the oyster bar that wasn't set up yet! I got the trio of lobster rolls and a classic cheese burger entree. And coffee! The lobster rolls were my least favorite part! $19 tiny! Cute, tiny and very sour. Wish it was a great one roll instead. I didn't mind the fries. Cheese burger was good though. Place gets busy! The server was friendly but she was the only one! Took a little while to get out but I didn't mind since it's pretty gorgeous! Price matches the decor. Just missing that bold flavor!

Whenever I go to a restaurant I usually order sangria, yesterday I was at S&L in Langley and I ordered a sangria that was disappointing, the worst sangria I've ever had in my life, it had pure ice, no fruit and no taste at all.

Beautiful restaurant. I felt I was I was someplace fancy downtown. The location is kind of random, but the place is nice. I called and made resos and they called the day of to confirm them, which was pretty cool. Food was okay. We got the villain wings, brussel sprouts, fried cauliflower, crispy chicken burger, shrimp and lobster burger, and the parfait for dessert. So the only thing that I loved was the brussel sprouts. It was deep fried, crispy, topped with onions, bacon and Parmesan cheese! This was so good! Everything else was ok. Nothing special. We ordered the parfait for dessert and was disappointed. It literally was an ice cream sundae, not a parfait. The service was good. Everyone was attentive. I felt like our waitress was a little snarky, but she kept our water glasses full lol All and all: Food: 2.5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5

I loved the crispy exterior with the sea salt on top, and the inside was so pillowy and buttery - then topped with the blue cheese butter... yum! So good. For my entree, I ordered the truffle tenderloin steak and my dining partner had the ahi tuna. We also added the Brussels sprouts and Brie mashed potatoes to share. A really cool feature is they bring over a selection of steak knives that you can choose from. I really love this concept and whoever thought that up is a genius. I chose a gorgeous, elegant-looking knife with a handle that looked like mother of pearl. The steak was easily one of the best steaks I've ever had. They shave black truffle directly on the steak when it's served, which adds such a nice richness. The sauce is also one of the better sauces I've had on a steak. It was so tempting to want to lick the plate! It was a cooked to a perfect medium rare and so tender. It's been a long time since I was really blown away by a great steak, but this just hit the mark in every way. The Brussels sprouts were great, but there was something in the dish that was a bit odd - almost like wasabi or something. It wasn't bad, it just had a kick that I wasn't expecting and made me cough a little bit. The potatoes were creamy and buttery but I did think the Brie flavour wasn't coming through enough. Maybe because all the other flavours on my plate were pretty strong. I didn't try the tuna but it looked beautiful and apparently tasted just as good. We finished off with a couple of desserts: the beehive pavlova and the crème brûlée, the latter being my typical go-to dessert. Unfortunately, I didn't really care for the salted caramel flavour here, but can't really put my finger on what exactly I didn't enjoy as I normally love salted caramel. One bite was enough for me. It looked amazing, though. I did enjoy the pavlova, but it wasn't a traditional style as it had ice cream inside instead of whipped cream. It was more like a baked Alaska without the flame. The flavours were good on this dessert, but I probably wouldn't order it again as I was really craving the more traditional pavlova. Service was good, but we did wait quite a long time after being seated before placing our order, and then waited again after dessert before getting our bill. We weren't in a hurry, but I think we were there for over 3 hours. Still a very enjoyable meal and I would definitely return for the steak alone.

The wine list on "copier paper" was wrinkled with food stain on it. That was ghetto considering this calibre of restaurant One cool feature is that you can adjust the lighting at the table by pushing a button on the lamp. Parking is free. Opposite side of building has resto called Camp Beer The service was good, and the atmosphere was lively with a nice crowd. Besides the food, I think it might be a great spot to hang out at the bar for drinks. There was a crowd starting to form at bar. I do encourage others to support this buisness vs the chain resto's of a similar calibre

We got a reservation a day before and there were plenty of spots available. They had a big drinks menu and quiet a few food options as well. Best part was that they had lots of veggie options! Here's what we got: Drinks - :: Zero-proof pineapple fizz - it def looked as good as it tasted. Very refreshing and fruity! Really enjoyed it. :: Guava aperol margarita - delicious! I could taste the guava and the spice on the rim of the glass was perfectly paired with the drink Food - :: Parmesan plenta fries - was so excited to try it, I wasn't sure what to expect. The presentation was amazing, just wish they were a big more crispy but the dipping sauce it came with was really good :: Burrata Bucatini - calabrian chili vodka cream sauce, pancetta, burrata, ricotta, thai basil, grano padano 3/5 :: Brick half chicken - pretty good! I would give it a 4/5 it was really creamy and the chicken was cooked well but I don't think it was seasoned that well. I would say for the portion size and the food, it was a bit overpriced but definitely 5/5 for the ambiance!
