Since our home was built in the 1940s, it was important to me to find someone who respected the traditional quality of the original floors. From our first meeting, Alberto stood out. The project involved matching the new bedroom floor to the rest of the house and refinishing the original floor in my office, which was in rough shape after years of wear and tear. I honestly can't believe the transformation--the office floor looks brand new and has completely changed the feel of the room. I compared the Hardwood Floor Doctor with two other companies, and Alberto's pricing was more than fair. Beyond the cost, his transparency regarding the scope of work and timeline was refreshing. He is prompt, thorough, and detail-oriented, truly putting customer satisfaction above all else. Since this is our forever home, I'm incredibly grateful for the care he took.
