Stag was lovely & my meal was delicious! My server did take a while to take my order and follow up, not sure why since it wasn't busy- thankfully I was not in a rush. To be honest I stumbled upon this place and was so pleasantly surprised. I love restaurants with actual vegan dishes!

I made it to Sow Plated, and this place really impressed me. Started off with the Sweet potato Biscuits these were so good and served with a side of apple butter. I could possibly just go here for these, and could have ate like 3 more, but I knew there was much more food to try. First off course was the short rib hash served over Yukon gold potatoes, caramelized onions and peppers with a sunny side egg. also don't forget the drizzle of cashew romesco sauce. This was over the top goodie came together with such a great taste. Then it was on to the Shakshouks this was also served atop Yukon golden potatoes with roasted squash, roasted red peppers and a spicy tomato sauce and baked egg. This was one of the best Shakshouka that I have ever had and a very nice portion the the thick dipping bread. The drinks are pricy but were both very delicious.

Food was pretty good, cocktails were super fun and I love that they had cold pressed juice in them. You can't find that just anywhere. Would recommend the dumplings, however the pie needs some work -- totally get its vegan / all the frees but -- amazing taste, horrible texture. Service was good. We sat at the bar and they checked on us periodically. It's cute inside! I don't know that I would come back for food but I would for drinks!

The restaurant is beautiful. There are plenty of parking in the public lot. We were able to get in without any wait or problems. There are plenty of seating inside. We went for brunch and they offered coffees, juices, and alcoholic drinks. We got the egg sandwich, chicken caprese sandwich, and cilantro jalapeño hummus. The egg sandwich was really sticky with the honey and made it really sweet. I wasn't the biggest fan of the honey on it - maybe a hot honey would've been better. It was just too sticky. I got it with a side of fresh fruit which I appreciated the big bowl of fruit and the quality of the fruit was good. The hummus was very good and the pita came out warm. Service was good also.

Went for brunch. Good service and good food. I had the Market Scramble with Yamato eggs and mushrooms. It was tasty! The coffee wasn't the best but atmosphere was bright and open and airy and service was excellent.

Stopped into SOW Plated for the first time on a whim. Super yummy and quick service. I loved the ambiance inside, and the succulents on the table were a nice touch. I also love that the dietary information is clearly listed for each meal, and that they use good quality ingredients. Definitely would recommend + will go again!

Another visit and another amazing meal. The pressed juice drinks here are incredible, especially the cucumber. We started with the Brussel sprouts and the dumplings which were cooked perfectly. Then decided on a tofu bowl and a caprese sandwich. Both had amazing flavor and a good portion size. The desserts were delicious and the service was top notch.

If I lived in the area I would go to happy hour here all the time! I came here with a friend while visiting the city and we had an amazing meal! The drink and food specials for happy hour are so good that I had two drinks, apple and cucumber. I love that the theme for their cocktails are fresh fruits and veggies. Both were delicious and not too sweet. I also had the tacos and the edamame dumplings which were to die for. The service was also very kind and promo and our server had great recommendations! Can't wait for the next visit.

Can't beat the atmosphere, service, and food! Brunch is served Saturday & Sunday 10-3. As someone who is GF + DF, I love that I have a ton of options to choose from. The pressed juices are a great option to start. The Green House is celery forward, with a ginger aftertaste. Highly recommend the Yuzu Lemongrass Tonic if you like ginger. The food is delicious with generous portions. Can't beat the short rib hash with the server's recommendation to add kale.

Health conscious restaurant that does have a lot of nuts on the menu, however take allergies extremely seriously and take care of every customer in the restaurant. Very helpful servers who were able to talk through the menu, and detail some of their favorites. Autumn flatbread had a light kick from either the honey or oil on it but was extremely balanced. Whitefish special had an amazing sauce that would be great on everything. The chicken in the sandwich had a great char flavor on it, and worked very well with the balsamic glaze.

Went to Sow plated for a business dinner and reserved their private dining space. The reservation process for the room was very easy and efficient, with a very reasonable minimum spend amount for the room! 25% deposit was required to book, which they removed from the final bill at the end. Service for the room was great! The one thing I'd comment on is that the room was a little loud from the main dining room, but we managed without any major issues. Appetizers were the winter flatbread, Brussels sprouts, and maple glazed cauliflower. Each of these dishes were excellent. My main course was the pad Thai, which I had heard great things about but was left wanting more from it. Mostly, it was a little too salty for me. The same with the tomato and roasted red pepper soup. The soup needed bread to balance it out. Dessert was yuzu pie which I took to go, this was delicious as well. I would go back to sow plated, but there wasn't anything from the dinner that left me going wow or desperately wanting to come back asap.

The place is huge, clean, and welcoming. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The parking is not a problem as it is in a shopping strip. Everything I had was flavorful (except for the fish, it was a bit bland) and fresh. I wish the price was a bit lower OR the portion was a bit bigger but other than that, no complaints! The cauliflower dish was my favorite. They have a totally different menu for brunch (only Sat/Sun) so I'll be going back to check that out soon. :)

    Tacos - Wagyu Steak (2)*
    Talor B.

Stopped in on a Friday evening for happy hour. They've got a great deal going - $5 house wines, $6 cocktails and $7 select appetizers. I got a glass of the house white and it was a pretty generous pour. Also went with the Wagyu steak tacos - tasty but definitely only $7 worth of tacos not super filling. The space is gorgeous but I will say the vibe is a little pretentious considering it's in UA. We sat at the bar which it was nice enough out so they had the patio open as well. Our bartender was friendly and efficient. Overall I'd come back to try their brunch or maybe just a glass of wine if I'm in the area!

The Sprouts were outstanding. Never had them prepared with blue cheese, apricots or toasted corn nuts. The Octopus and smoked sausage was also good, but I wouldn't order it again. Way too much but the wings were edible... and that's where edibility ends! The tofu with peanut sauce sounded good to me, but I swear they took a whole block of tofu and cooked it as one piece. The exterior was bland which meant the inner depths of said tofu was even blander. How do you make peanut sauce bland? The drinks had to be good, right? After all, they're also a distillery with their own craft whiskey. Nope... Epic Fail on the blandest old fashioned in Ohio (I'm guessing). If they're trying to showcase their whiskey... maybe they shouldn't. Just really not a fan. Other Old Fashioned fans in the dining party weren't impressed either. The margarita wasn't much better either. What about a refreshing peach dessert? I'll give you 3 guesses and they all start with B! You guessed it, so flavorless and the pound cake was dry! It was even dry if you were calling it a biscuit. If you're going to serve this, then maybe a peachy sauce to cut through the dryness. Oh, the description promises that, but it did not deliver on those bourbon macerated peaches by any means. Even Bowser would send this peach back! TLDR: Bland food, Bland drinks, Dry Bland Cake, and Bland Drinks (a no-no for a distillery themed place). So many other great restaurants in Columbus, but this is a pass from me.
