Be here at 10:00am and we can probably have our tailor hem them for you in no time!" You've got to be kidding was my thought! We headed to Gary's at 10:00am, the pants were laid out with my name and Todd was there ready to help. Todd was extremely helpful, got me fitted right away and helped with some other items that I didn't need but could live without! 20or so minutes later I had pants!!! I really don't know many places that can offer that sort of drop of the hat service; but Gary's did and I am very appreciative. Todd and Co. thank you for the great service! From the moment my son, who's going into middle school, and I walked in, we were greeted right away and connected with Judy, our sales specialist. Our stay lasted about two hours, and Judy was amazingly attentive the entire time. She was so patient and detail-oriented, going back and forth to bring out ten to twelve different pairs of shoes for us to try on without ever frowning, even though there was no commission on our purchases. What really stood out was how she spoke directly to my son, making him feel truly involved in the process rather than just talking to us as parents.
