Ordered a…read moretrailer in January and finally after a huge fiasco and countless calls finally figured out it was never ordered. Finally it came in in June. Drove the 6 hrs to pick it up. Then was told to help compensate us for our time they would order a deck on the neck for us and sell it to us at cost. Well that wasn't there so we would have to come back for it later. That finally can in at the end of July. We told the salesman to please measure it before we drove another 6 hrs to get. We then drove to come pick it up just to find out that it was 25% rusted and corroded because it want painted. There were also weld burn marks on the wood. We're willing to take it but was not paying even dealer cost as we knew this would not even had been acceptable to the dealer. We were offered a new one that will be hopefully shipped straight to us. I will believe it when I see it. The most irritating thing is the salesman had to have seen this when we measured it. Very frustrated and will update my review once I actually receive the deck on the neck at my home without them thinking we are paying for the shipping. ***Update...maybe getting some results. We are going up on the 12th to pick up the damaged one at no charge. We will have to do some repairs but it's a start and they are trying to make it right. Updated to 2 stars for now, until we get up there and see what happens. At least we are finally getting something even though it's been almost two months. ***Final update.. picked up the "deck on the neck". No charge and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Wish we could have gotten this service in the beginning. Based on the recent customer service I have updated the review to four stars. We feel that I'm the end they did make it right and we thank them for that.

(Not ideal, but I can install one) *Six out of ten lug nuts--three on each wheel--had not been installed. Fortunately, an older gentleman on-site noticed this just as I was driving away and stopped me. * The lone 2x4 decking board had never been attached, and came off while I was driving on the freeway between Jantzen Beach OR, and Chehalis WA. That's something that could have killed someone. I know it was never attached because there are no holes in the frame where the board would have been attached. These problems make it clear that the trailer was not properly inspected before being released. It is unacceptable to provide equipment in this condition, especially when it puts people's safety at serious risk. The structure of the trailer appears to be acceptable.

Not only did she try to help the best she could but she also called another team member that could answer some of the questions we had. Although we are still determining whether to get a trailer and which trailer to get I would highly recommend them for their great customer service. If they are this good when looking I can only imagine what it would be like to do business with them. for the help and if we decide to get the Xventure V3 we will definitely be back to 99 West Trailers.

I bought a cargo…read moretrailer that was a bit to small 7x12 so went back the next day to swap it out for a bigger trailer I got a 7X14 instead they accepted the swap but made it a challenge then when they said ok let do the swap out on trailers I bought a trailer thats been sitting on the lot for over a year that they have not sold yet when I looked at the Trailer they had a spare tire and Wheel on the inside of the trailer wall installed so I went in to the build to finish the paperwork up to buy it the other sales person went out and removed the spare tire. then I noticed it before I left the dealer and asked about it and they said they ship the trailer with the spare tire to the dealership and then take them out and sell them for additional cost. What a joke! don't go to 99W lots of other dealers that will not Jack you around. also I bought a interstate Trailer the roof rusted out and is basically junk now and told them about it and they did nothing about it and said that's normal this was years ago back in 2005ish but im still not happy about the interactions my nick name for 99w stealership not dealership

However, a day later I wanted to return a $40.00 puck lock I also purchased with the trailer (in its unopened original package) but my emails were not being answered. After about the third email I finally got a call back. To make a long story short, corporate is telling their staff here in Salem of a 25% restocking fee and a form I have to fill out. For that I'll just keep the stupid lock and use it for a fishing sinker the next time I go after Halibut. Again, I paid CASH. I fail to see the reason for a restocking fee for an item still in the original packaging.

Store manager tries to make it better by selling me the same trailer for $500 more after telling me hes gonna "attempt to make it right". They are a poor mans trashy car dealership only for trailers.

I got a call at about 2 weeks and they said that it was ready to be picked up. it's a nice well built trailer at a fair price. Many of my friends have made the same comments. I'm glad I bought an Eagle trailer and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Trailer.

By far Tim at Highway Trailer Sales was the best RV salesman we encountered in our long search of…read moreour perfect RV (and we dealt with MANY). He was patient, informative and not pushy at all. Although we decided to go a different route, we would have kept our business with Tim if they did have our right fit. Plenty of great RVs at Highway, just not the one to fit our needs. We will definitely keep Tim and Highway Trailer Sales in mind when we continue our search for our next RV in the future.

(At least the ones that we were shown) Even the newer ones that were used were not in the greatest condition and prices still pretty high. Sad but they only carry 4 brands of the company's that they want to deal with directly. Saul was very nice and was able to answer most of our questions. We drove over an hour to this lot and I wish we would have just gone elsewhere! I literally did not take any pics because they were so bad. I only snapped one pic as we were leaving to check in SMH
