Kathy found me a truck the same day I called. I-5 Transport picked up my car in Portland, OR, and delivered it to San Diego, CA, in just two days, which was great! The trucking company itself wasn't the best at communicating changes during transport, but that was out of Kathy's control. I was expecting the condition would be as advertised, as this is the picture he painted. Either he openly lied about the condition, or he did not know the actual condition. Either way, it was way beyond disappointing, and I was fuming! I tried my best to be professional and just tell him what I saw without spewing, and he did drop the price for us, but this did not make me see him as a reputable seller. You cannot change first impressions, and ours was and still is, not good. Would not buy from him again or recommend him.

Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues.
