An Oregon court ordered a judgment (Case number 19SC30022) against the Defendants Dub Box USA, Inc. and it's owner Heather Bauccio (a/k/a Heather "Gardella") in the amount of $2,073.14 on October 4, 2019.
The Defendant failed to pay the judgment amount by the October 25, 2019 deadline, and the Plaintiff began the Writ of Garnishment process through an Oregon attorney.
On Friday, November 8, 2019, a check from Dub Box USA, Inc., signed by Heather Bauccio, was received by the Plaintiff.
I would encourage any potential buyer, please perform extreme diligence before doing business with Dub Box USA, Inc., the owner Heather Bauccio (a/k/a Heather "Gardella") or the Dub Box USA, Inc. Shop Manager, Scott McFarlane.

I purchased a Dub Box USA camper in December, 2018 and have experienced significant problems with the quality of the camper since I received it, as well as attempting to resolve warranty claims with the owner, Heather. It should be noted, this business moved to an Aurora, Oregon location. I am a Army military veteran who was really hoping for a quality camper to travel in.
I delayed posting this review to see if Dub Box USA would respond to my Better Business Bureau complaint; in June, 2019, the Oregon BBB closed the complaint with a C+ rating because Dub Box USA failed to respond after several attempts.
The camper I purchased, included a one-year written warranty on parts and workmanship. Within four months from purchase, my camper had some seven warranty issues, to include damage to my vehicle which towed the Dub Box USA camper, as a result of substandard manufacturing of their camper and improperly installed parts. This also included a defective exterior paint job, defective or incorrect components, and substandard craftsmanship resulting in a loss to me totaling approximately $3,300.00.
Communications with the owner Heather Bauccio (Gardella), or her assistant Scott McFarlane were difficult. Both the owner and her assistant Scott, claimed on numerous occasions, they would resolve the issues with my Dub Box USA camper, but failed to do so. For several months, Scott indicated "a check would be in the mail soon" for the warranty issues, which did not occur. A separate email from Heather the owner, indicated "they were having financial problems".
I have also filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice in May, 2019. Therefore, I can not in good conscious, recommend anyone do business with Dub Box USA.
I attempted to resolve, unsuccessfully, the numerous warranty claims, I have related to a camper manufactured and sold to me by Dub Box USA, Inc. on December 3, 2018. I tried to resolve these issues over an eight month period, starting on January 8, 2019. My efforts took the form of many emails, phone calls, and text messages. When my direct efforts to resolve these matters failed, I submitted my dispute to the Oregon Better Business Bureau; the Consumer Affairs Division of the Oregon Department of Justice; and the Federal Trade Commission. Dub Box USA, Inc. and Ms. Gardella refused to respond to any of these submissions.
Between July and August, 2019, Dub Box USA owner Heather Bauccio (also known as Heather Gardella) attempted to settle my small claims for a lesser amount, not even close to the cost of actual repairs, part, labor and related items. I would not accept a lesser amount.
As a result, a Small Claims court trial is set for Friday, October 4, 2019; 10 AM (Pacific Time) with the Marion County Circuit Court, 100 High Street, NE, Salem, Oregon 97301. The Case Number is 19SC30022. read more
